wake of September 11 attacks was the alleged weapons of mass destruction
Bush claimed the toppled Iraqi leader was in possession of, and the
"possible" ties between the former Iraqi regime and Al Qaeda network; blamed
by Washington for 9/11 terrorist attacks which killed 2978 people,
including Americans and foreign nationals in New York, Washington and
Pennsylvania.
