words can also be meant to be "rude "words. The cultures of that
society should be cultivated and respected.
So, in the case, the example, clearly explains and learns, that one
should learn how to behave even as they immerse into the culture of
other countries.
Companies must be careful in selections of their overseas key staff.
It is better to select foreign employees who can be gentle and can be
careful in the choosing of his words more carefully.

This is not a question of whether Indonesians are
stupid or very smart. It is about the rudeness of the
boss..about how Indian boss treat their Indonesian
workers.
In ALL countries (except in India), workers should be treated
with respect...the boss must NEVER insult them with words
like stupid. They are workers, NOT slaves, not low caste
untouchables.
The Indonesia workers contribute to the profit of the company,
contribute to the Indonesian economy...yet the company pay them
unfair wages.. very low wages, ...exploiting them.
To add insult to injury, the Indian boss treat them like
slaves ...not
respectable workers... by insulting their honour...calling them
stupid.
The BAD Indian boss should go home...his work visa should
be revoked immediately.

An educated supervisor or manager will never call his worker stupid.
That is the basic lesson taught in Management. So, if this Indian
fool, working in a foreign land calls a native worker 'stupid', it

I won't comment about being stupid, but I do know they tend to be over-sensitive. They often take offense at the slightest thing, then their emotion makes them do silly things.
My observation comes from having worked with Malaysians, Thais, Burmese, Filipino, Chinese, Emiratis, Lebanese, Indians, British, Swiss, German, Croatian and Americans in the past.
