Telugu translation of three words

Hello telugu velugulu!

I need translation (one telugu word for each) of the following three telugu
words for a poster we are making for a seminar:

Transformation
Excellence
Possibility

I tried to come up with my own translation, but they are not as powerful as
the above english words! This makes me feel awful, especially because I
used to think I was _very_ good at Telugu since I studied in Telugu medium
for 10 years. Anyway, I would appreciate if some one could help me out.

maarpu kaliginchuta
padaartha' ruupa parivarthana

excellence: uthkrushtatha
shreshta'thavamu
sarvatisayithvamu

possibility: saadhya'tha
sambha'vyatha
saadhya'mu kagaluguta
sumbha'vinchuta saadhya'mainadi

I am not familiar with the protocol for writing Telugu in English
(for transliteration). A ' indicates vothuu aksharam.

Transformation = parivarthana or mArpu
Example: The incident brought a transformation in him. (English)
Aa sanghaTana atanilO parivarthana kaliginchindi. (Telugu)

Excellence = ???

Possibility = avakAsamu
Example: There is a possibility of India winning the match. (English)
India match-lO gelichE avakAsam undi. (Telugu)

The first one looks quite okay to me. Others sound less powerful. But
I think, that it is just because we are not used to hearing these words often.
