By 'atrform' do you mean just 'lalitha kaLalu' or any passed-on
'vidya'?
And is it just mothers you are thinking of as the teachers? If 'no' to
both questions, then there is Rudrama Devi in our not too-distant past,
though she is not a mythological-story-woman. From all accounts, she
ruled the kingdom, that had been passed on to her by her father, very
competently. It is said that GaNapathi Deva chakravarthi taught his
daughter everything he knew about 'raajaneethi' and battle skills and
had so much faith in her capability that he made her the "king" while
he was still alive.
I don't know if this is the type of 'daughter' you asked about but-----

Not directly Telugu culture, but does Bhaskaracharya's Lilavati count? He wrote the book specifically to teach his daughter Lilavati mathematics,
back in the 10th century or so. Then we have various politicians (well after Ganapati Deva) that have groomed their daughters for leadership
positions.

My personal views.

Wonder if this is good or bad considering Indira Gandhi being groomed by
Nehru ;-)
