America Kannada Kootagala Agara (AKKA)
Dear Kanndigas ,
AKKA was inaugurated at the Kannada Sammelana in Phoenix on February 14, 1998.
Its purpose is to act as a parent organization dedicated to integrate,
coordinate, network and unite the activities of all Kannadigas and Kannada
Kootas in North America for the promotion and preservation of Kannada language
and culture. AKKA is a non profit, secular, educational, linguistic,
charitable and cultural organization, incorporated under the non-profit
corporation act of the State of Florida and has IRS tax exemptions certificate
U/S 501(c).

MEMBERSHIP DUES
A CHARTER MEMBER is a kannada Koota that becomes a member by making a one time
donation of $100
A GRAND PATRON member is an institution, family or individual who makes a
donation of $5000 or more
A PATRON member is an institution, family or individual who makes a donation
of $1000 or more
A DONOR member is an institution, family or individual who makes a donation of
$500 or more
A Family LIFE member bestows membership for immediate family members by a
donation of $250 or more
An Individual LIFE member is an individual who makes a donation of $200 or
more
An ANNUAL member is individual who makes a donation of $10.00 or more per
year.
An ANNUAL FAMILY member is for all immediate family members by a donation of
$25.00 or more per year.
