Native Speakers of English Needed for Linguistic Experiment
-----------------------------------------------------------

We are a group of researchers at the Universities of Edinburgh,
Glasgow, and Saarbruecken who are presently conducting an experimental
study of language use in English. As part of this study, we are
looking for people who are willing to take part in a linguistic
experiment conducted over the World Wide Web.

To participate, you need to be a native speaker of English. The task
is quite interesting; it involves judging the acceptability of a
number of English sentences. The experiment will take approx. 10
minutes to complete and requires a web browser that is Java enabled.

The experiment is called ``Acceptability Judgments'' and can be found
at the following web site:

http://www.language-experiments.org/

Thanks in advance for your help!
