FIRE IT UP!

Colleen and Carolyn (cute twins) have a wonderful little
painting studio that provide you with a wide and varied
selection of unpainted pottery. . .

You select a piece of unpainted pottery and choose
from various glaze colors to paint whatever design
you like. They then will finish your object d' art with a
clear glaze finish and fire it up completely foodsafe!

Then after five days . . . VOILA! A feast for someone's
heart!

I had so much fun doing this. Colleen and Carolyn were
such special people . . . so accomodating and helpful
for the unsure. I made a spoon holder and painted bright
red hibiscus' and greenery on it. . . (everybody there went
ooooh and ahhhhhh!)

If you haven't been here, you are missing a lot of creative
fun . . . other folks with me, made a frog, a candle holder and
utensil holder. We started out trying to coordinate our
designs . . . <g>

Anyway, if the guys don't like doing this kind of stuff, drop
the Mrs. off or the kiddies and go to Teddy's Burgers
across the street . . .

It was fun and everything was clean, neat, and orderly.
I promise you, you will thoroughly enjoy yourself!
You can make your own souvenirs or leave your friend
a gift . . . Great ideas happening there!

Cost: Price of your pottery selection and a studio fee of 6.00
for adults and 5.00 per child under 12. No charge after 2 hours
on your first piece. . . Call for additional prices and specials.

Specials: Two for one studio fee for adults on Tuesdays
Everyone paints for 5.00 on Thursdays

They get very busy on Tuesdays before 1:00 so call ahead
and reservations are taken on weekends at 11:00 only.
