motor engines like the German system of apprentice .
look at MAN motor , world wide demand for MAN motors are
increasing every year .
MAN has to build new factories in RUSSIA ,
in EAST EUROPE ,
to satisfy world wide demand for MAN motors .
even Australians are making TOYOTA engines for exports to
TOYOTA assembly plants world wide .
CHINA is still continue to buy motors from outside to make
cars inside China.

Overall Poor to fair
The layout and the size of the apartment are great. The staff,
management and maintenance do half a@@ jobs. It takes forever to get
anything completed. Once it is. It doesn't help to complain because
management is a joke. The tenants are loud and obnoxious. The carport
and the apartments have mold. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to
my worst enemy. You should save your money and move into a bad area. I
least you know what to expect and your saving about $300-$400.

One of the Worst Managements i have ever come across. the apartments
are ok to live. Have been struggling with Water leaks in the apartment
and the management has not bothered to look into it till date. Have
complained about it in more than 6 times. Its a sincere advice if you
are looking for service this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU
