The production of beer is to ferment barley using jiu bing (wine
flakes) in eg water and then from there to get hight percentage wine
is to further process/ti lian jiu bing (wine flakes) to higher
percentage alcohol to some 12%, 15%, 40%, 60%, 98.6% and one more
higher step to 101% content. These wines are getting nicer and hotter
to drink but can be purchased from shops around if you can find one.
Whatecver the process, the whole basic issue that is with regard to
wine and beer manufacturing comes from the basic jiu bing or called
wine flakes. This drinks are consumable and got to drink slowly not
only to enjoy the hot better taste but also has the meaning of
prolonged life which means like yang ming jiu as your liver and bile
becomes stronger. A slow drink in fact can still walk properly with
alcohopli content of up to 98 over percent which you will feel the
swing (which is not very serious) afterall.
N/B: Drink fast is deadly becomes human body cannot accept these high
alcoholic content immediately cauing liver burns etc.
