I would think these two are names, so no translation needed.

"Bb" is an abbreviation of "Binibini", which means "Lady" or "Miss".
"Tsuperman" is Tagalog wordplay on "Superman", where "Tsuper" means
"Chauffeur"(sp?).

The word "Kara", although it means "face" when used as a common noun,
i.e. "kara ko" -- "my face", it is probably the name of a person in
