allow him to read it in paper. How about a simple one.
Rich..if you propose for a marriage just ask the girl that you have something
to say for her. And when the girl asks of what is it, then say the keywords;
"Pakakasalan mo ba ako?"
That's it...how simple. Say that in a romantic place like a nice restaurant or
in a private section (living room) of the girl's house. Be ready for the
engagement ring for I am pretty sure that she would expect that too after the
answer "Yes".
I thought she was supposed to make him wait for the sweet "oo" for five
years, more or less (unless buntis)?

And for a really romantic atmosphere - I recommend Island Cove in
Bacoor, Cavite - not too far fr Manila - 1/2 hr to 45 mins. tops - of
course w/ no traffic jam. :)
