All the propaganda from the B.S. staff at Maple Leaf Meats in Canada
will not bring back to life all those they killed!
It will not compensate all the tens of thousands of victims who became
ill from the contaminated Maple Leaf Meats!
Do not eat meats produced from Maple Leaf Meats, if you value living!
Roy <
wil...@hotmail.com > wants to remind
the poor people of the Philippines about
the risk to their lives:
Maple Leaf Meats Canada - Still Tainted? Deaths Documented
Maple Leaf Meats in Canada has TWICE over
the past year made headline news in Canada
and around the world, for selling meats
contaminated with LISTERIOSIS, which
KILLED MANY PEOPLE ACROSS CANADA,
as well as making many thousands seriously ill!
As well Canada is a country involved in the
spread of SWINE FLU.
Even the USA has now barred meats from Canada
from entering.
Yet, it seems that the government of the Philippines
has no such concerns.
Huge shipments of pork [container loads]from Maple Leaf
Meats in Canada have been sold to meat businesses in
the Philippines, looking to buy dumped product at low cost!
Does the government and businesses in the Philippines
not know about the serious risk to the health of
Filipinos, or are they waiting for the body count to
reach a seriously high level, as with ONDOY,
before reacting?
Now is the time for the government of the Philippines
to do as the US did - bar all imports of meats from
Maple Leaf Meats in Canada.
The risk to the health, and lives, of Filipinos is
too valuable, to allow a known spreader of death,
to profit.
Even across Canada there is more or less a boycott of
Maple Leaf Meats, since the so many reported deaths.
Is that why Maple Leaf Meats of Canada is now dumping
its' pork products in the Philippines?
Some of the documented news stories include:

Since Maple Leaf Meats pork is now being dumped in the
Philippines, with the collusion of the Canadian government,
why hasn't the CUSTOMS BUREAU of the Philippines imposed
COUNTERVAILING DUTIES on these pork imports, dumped here
much below the sale prices to customers in Canada?
Have the buyers,, especially in NCR, no concern for the local
pig farmers, from whom they are now no longer buying as many pigs?
Is there no spokesman for local pig farmers in the Philippines
such as Mr.Lim from the Pig Farmers Association, willing to speak
out against Maple Leaf Meats of Canada, dumping?
It was only in May that the Philippines government lifted the embargo
against pork from Canada because of swine flu, but why no concern
about deadly contaminations such as salmonella, e-coli,
and listeriosis WHICH KILL PEOPLE, AND MAKE THEM SICK?
What is National Meat Inspection Service doing to protect pork eaters
in the Philippines, from getting sick from tainted meat from Canada?
By the way, there are many more documented news stories, than
just the few cited. The CEO of Maple Leaf Meats even apologised
on national TV for killing all the people.
