Nick,
Why would you want to know how to say that?

I remember that, in Cebuano, there is a term "burikat", which means
something like "puta".
Hey, Nick!!! I noticed that you want the reply sent to @uofport and
that's my address, too. We kind of know one another here and your name
doesn't ring a bell. Why the mystery? Is it because you're asking for a
translation of a not-so-nice word? Or, are you just mad because a
Filipina snobbed you? :)

Celeste,
I was snob by one.....

No It just at times I notice she a selfless little bitch. People are alway
helping her and I never seen her help anybody. Her sister make great
eggrolls and sell them. She got a order for 500. Did she help her sister
make it. NO. Even the people she works with. It one for you one for me.
If she run out if parts she steels it from the other filipino (male)
without asking. Most of the plant run as a team but not her. I remind
her at times how she acting. But I think it will be more effective if
I called her a selfish little bitch in TAGALOG.

P.S I was also a little demanding at a workplace when I was younger until
another bitch (everybody a bitch) made me say PLEASE before she would help
me. Since then I been nicer to people. I help people out and they help
me when I need it.
PSS As far as the mystery that not my address I rather keep it a secret
because I don't know if any of her family or friends is on the net and
it could cause trouble. I once call her a stupid filipino jokely in
front of a filipino store. The filipino in the car next to us gave me such
nasty look it scared her. She told me later never say that when other
filipino was around. She was really frighten. I don't what she into but
the curiousity is getting to me.

(a) "Bitch" actually means "female dog". IMHO, alewd, immoral woman must
have been compared to that of a female dog who does it with every male dog
in the neighborhood.
(b) However, the word "bitch" has in recent years gotten another
connotation - i.e., a woman with an attitude problem.
So "bitch" could actually be translated 2 ways in Tagalog:
(a) harot, haliparot, putaching, etc.
(b) antipatika (borrowed from Spain)

Please forgive my limited understanding of the language, but
wouldn't "puta" be more accuratelty translated as "slut" in english ?
Also, everyone is assuming that Nick wanted to know a particular
meaning of the word bitch, however he did not specify which one. For
all we know, he could have been asking for the word "aso" :-)
Certainly, puta is not aso.
Bitch is also used as a verb meaning "to complain", but with a little
more emphasis. (As I am sure someone will "bitch" about my posting).
