Hello. When I was younger, my mother would sing us a
song - bahay kubo. Does anyone have the lyrics to
this song? I remember the melody but not the words.

Bahay kubo is incomplete if you leave out the
"Dalagang Bukid", I tell my wife that I got one,
and my bahay kubo is complete.<hehehe....she's the
one!

singakamas = jicama
talong = eggplant
sigarilyas - wing bean
mani - peanut
sitaw - string beans
bataw - another kind of bean
patani - another kind of bean
kundol - similar to gourd
patola - luffa gourd
upo - winter gourd (?)
kalabasa - squash, pumpkin
labanos - radish
mustasa - mustard
sibuyas - onion
kamatis - tomato
bawang - garlic
luya - ginger
linga - sesame
