Do you guys remember Bahay kubo? What about leron, leron sinta? Or my
personal favorite.. tok, tok, tok, tok
palatok kikok (Am I right?)

sapagka't nangangagat
or
amy, susie and tessie
romeo, juancho and jose marie
I want singko
pambili ng puto
sa mga tindero ng bitcho-bitcho
tinga-ling-a-ling
statue!!!!
or the classic?
where is pinky?

* We used to sing this in kindergarten.... when you sing with
both of your hands at your back and pretending every finger is a
person greeting each other

OK. How about this rhyme which we used to select the "it" when playing
hide-and-seek.
pen pen di sarapen
di kutsilyo, di almasen
how how, di karabaw, batuten
sipit namamalipit
ginto't pilak
namumulaklak
sa tabi ng dagat
Of course I don't know what it really means.

I'm not sure if this is Filipino. My kids learned this rhyme from a book
we got from the public library.
