Several alleged members of the Quebec Hells Angels snapped in a small
village in the Dominican Republic. (SUN MEDIA)
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC — They're impossible to miss, right from the moment
you set foot in the small village of Cabarete.
They're on the streets, in restaurants and stores. Even half-hidden by
bathing suits, on the beach. You see the same words over and over
again: 'Hells Angels Quebec.'
Quebec Hells have literally taken over this small Caribbean town of
15,000. In addition to having a street named after them, they are also
making their presence felt in two nearby popular tourist destinations,
Sosua and Puerto Plata.
A Sun Media team spent a few days incognito, bearing witness to their
influence on the area.
The Angels were in particularly large numbers last week, as they
celebrated the accession of the local Los Barracos gang to the rank of
Hells Angels prospect.
The biker gang members were crisscrossing the streets, helmet-free, on
Harleys with winged skulls, often with a pretty Dominican or Canadian
girlfriend seated on the back of the motorcycle.
In Cabarete, they partied in a large red-and-white fortified bunker
similar to their former Sorel, Que., headquarters, above which
Canadian Hells and Dominican Republic flags are floating side by side.
As a sign of their grip on the city, Sun Media learned, the Hells have
managed to convince city officials to rename the street where they
chose to reside.
The small street is now named "calle 81" or Road 81. The eighth and
first letters of the alphabet translate into HA — or Hells Angels.
As well as having a protective bunker, Sun Media sources were also
informed that another building surrounded with barbwire was a rental
complex where the Quebec Hells stay.
Since their bloody street war is to blame for some 200 deaths in
Quebec, including that of an 11-year-old boy, and the attempted murder
of Journal de Montreal journalist Michel Auger, the Hells have been
the object of bad press in Quebec and rarely wear their colours in
public.
But when they're in their tropical stronghold, the members of the
Trois-Rivieres, South or Quebec City chapters make sure they get as
much exposure as they can.
For some, every single piece of wardrobe had to feature the club's
logo: Leather coat, tank top, T-shirt, baseball cap, belt and shirt.
Even when tanning in their bathing suits, their bikers' tattoos
clearly spoke of their allegiance to the gang.
Oddly enough, the other tourists in the village did not appear overly
concerned about the gang's massive presence.
At the restaurant, couples in their sixties didn't even hesitate
before they sat a few feet from the 25 full-patch Hells who were
eating, surrounded with mariachis playing their best merengue
melodies.
The rare times when the Sun Media team saw police, street hawkers and
child shoeshiners fled. The Hells didn't move an inch.

The head of the Dominican Drug Squad was fired for allowing drugs from
his country to end up in a Cdn jail.
Dominican
drug chief fired in Canada drugs case
Santo Domingo.- Following the discovery that drugs sent to a Canadian
jail were supplied from the Dominican Republic, Dominican president
Leonel
Fernández has removed General Geraldo de los Santos Mora, head of the
Drugs
Control Department (DNCD) Joint Investigation and Coordination Center
from
his post.
The official, whose responsibilities included airport intelligence,
was replaced by General César Nicolás Castaing Jiménez.
Police reports from Durham, Ontario, reveal a connection between
airport employees in the Dominican Republic with their counterparts in
Pearson, following the haul of a US$3 million cocaine shipment last
week.
The operation consisted of sending drugs to Canada on commercial
flights and payments were sent back to the Dominican Republic by
"accomplices" posing as tourists.
According to Inspector Tom Cameron, from the Durham Criminal
Intelligence Unit, the cartel was active for one year and made weekly
shipments. Detainee Jeremy Brown used to handle the luggage.

(it is interesting to note that the Cdn media reports don't mention
drugs going to a jail in this country. It has been noted in the past
that
HAMC has infiltrated airports and ports in this country and is active
as a
gang in Cdn prisons.

HA
is involved with
extortion, homicide, kidnapping, prostitution, meth and cocaine
dealing, rape, armed robbery and motorcycle theft and child
pornography
as well as phony currency and witness intimidation and obstruction of
justice. They have been known to bribe and scare law enforcement
officers and judges into doing their bidding. These ppl must be
rooted
out of the Cdn justice system. Two judges have actually done their
job
and declared HAMC a criminal org and the Victoria Times-Colonist is
calling for it to be banned as a terrorist org.
"The Hells Angels should be treated as a domestic terror organization.
We should encourage those who make and enforce our laws in their
efforts to eradicate them."

The White Rock chapter Sgt.Of Arms, Villy Roy Lynnerup, recently was
arrested for trying to board an airplane at YVR
with a loaded firearm. Was probably going to crash the plane into the
Downtown courthouse or hold the passengers hostage in exchange for
the
release of Moms Boucher and all imprisoned full patch members. All
the
Hell's Angels, their supporters, associates etc. should be imprisoned
for twenty years
their children put in foster care and their assets seized.
Ppl are trying to get HAMC listed as a terrorist org. If you support
this
then write letters to editors of local newspapers and your local MP.
As well John Les the solicitor-general of BC has advocated banning
the wearing of gang colours such as biker patches in bars. Since HA
is
known to frequent Brandi’s and the Cecil and has links to
various bars in BC that would be an improvement. The gang has a
history of intimidating
bartenders, infiltrating unions involved in the bar industry, beating
and killing strippers and beating customers to death at random for no
reason. Contact your MLA as well as the local media and tell them you
want this implemented sooner rather than later.
VPD is appealing again for info about the homicide of Maria Yvette
Monzon who was shot dead on the westside of Vancouver. She was killed
by HA but the police have never stated that. There is a reward.
Colleen Reiter (Ryder?) of Surrey was killed by HAMC but the RCMP
refuse to confirm this.
We are awaiting the return of our JHVH in the flesh or his Son. His Son Yu'shua died on the cross for our sins, was resurrected and walked the earth for awhile then ascended unto Heaven. We await the Third Coming not the Second.
