Bound hand to foot. That is what it says. So you're prevaricating as
usual. You misquoted the report yourself, I didn't. You've a habit of
misquoting things. "the report states he was bound hand and foot..".
Which of course wasn't what it actually said. Less of the racist
language if you don't mind.
I bitterly resent racism. If you had the courage of your convictions
you'd sign your real name to your racist jibes. But you haven't, you're
just a coward. When we investigate Chinese issues the Chinese officials
are polite and courteous, they don't subject us to racist bile, they're
much more civilized and polite than most American officials.

Yes it does Greig. But much like your banter about other terms used
in LE, do you really understand what this means? If you would follow
up a bit you might find it meant that a strap was attached from the
cuffs to the shackles that still allowed movement of the individual.
Or that the arms and legs are secured to the chair itself. Not having
ever seen one of these things I am not sure how one would be placed
into it. Of course you won't follow up on that as it would not fit
your agenda, what ever the heck it is.

I also resent it. But I also resent others that try to use it to

Given the number of less than desirable people lurking, and the
tendence for certain ones to make threats it is ofter prudent to not
give out all the information in a public forum. BTW, why have you
