"TEHRAN – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali
Khamenei said on Wednesday that the Iranian nation and the country’s
Islamic system will not give in to lawlessness “at any cost” on the
presidential election results. "

How can one distinguish between lawlessness and legitimate protest?
And from a distance?

A question for ltlee: Is Chinese law more like Western law or is it

Why "more like Western law"? Could Western Law more like Chinese
laws? If it were, perhaps, there wouldn't be so much killing,
robberies, rapes, terriorsts,...

You never did get much of an education in the Outbacks, did you?
The Chinese government doesn't prevent Chinese people from emigrating
to other countries - it's those "other countries" that don't allow
Chinese people to immigrate into theirs!
Ever heard of the Chinese Exclusion Act in the USA? Of course not,
otherwise you wouldn't be dribbling anti China garbage here. Well,
read: http://sun.menloschool.org/~mbrody/ushistory/angel/exclusion_act/
. I presume you can read for yourself, can't you? That bill was not
effectively repealed until July, 1968! Read:

It is interesting that Chinese law is similar to law in Iran which is
based on Sharia law. Both are rule by law as opposed to rule of law.
If legal systems filled a linear scale, one might think the atheistic
(godless communists) CCP would be at one end of a spectrum whereas the
Islamic Republic of Iran (religion is the crutch of the small mind
according to you) would be at the other, with Western law in the
middle. It seems Iran and China have arrived at the same type of rule
by law systems because these systems are not based on reasoning or
principle. They are nonmodern.

No. I don't see it that way.
Christianity is an integral part of western culture. And of course,
Judaism, Christianity, and Muslim are just different peas coming out
from the same pod.

I don't know much about Muslim law. I, however, do know this. The
biggest difference between China and the west is that the former sees
human nature as intrinsically good and the latter sees human nature as
intrinsically evil. The evile nature of man in the west would dictates
that westerners are to be ruled by law for simple reason. If the
people are born evil and they cannot become good through rational
reasoning or moral persuasion, it is inevitable that they have to be
ruled by something higher and more powerful. Whether one calls it God
given law or law makes no differece. God is an intelgral part of the
justice system and its assumed presence is readily demonstrated in
almost all courtroom proceedings. In China, the common expression is
"heaven's principle, the conutry's law and the people's feeling" or
the "emperor's way is not outside of human condition." Human needs to
follow law but they will not be subsumed under the the law.

What you are doing (criticizing the government and media as well as
questioning the legitimacy of the supreme leader [Obama's birth
certificate]) is a crime in many countries (for example, China and
Iran). Currently there is freedom of speech in USA, but that could
change in the future. USA could adopt rule by law rather than rule of
law at which point you would be at risk.

Please substantiate your claim that criticizing the government is a
crime in China if you are not making thing up . Quote the law if you
can.

Please substantiate your suggestion that criticizing the government is
not a crime in China by taking one criticism of the government, write
it down in Chinese characters in big red letters on a banner, then
stand with it in Tiananmen Square.

If criticizing the government is a crime, then the law book must have
such a law.
If one causes a commotion which then causes obstruction by hoisting a
large
banner in a place not designated for that function, he will be asked
to leave or hauled
away in China as well as in America. However, this will have nothing
to do witih
whether criticizing the government is a crime.

Well, if it's against the law to hold a banner, (I'd like you'd to find that
law by the way) then just write it on a piece of paper and hold it in front

Co-author of Charter 08 was arrested under law against subversion. If
you criticize the CCP government by writing a document, you can be
arrested under this law or just arrested arbitrarily.

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/06/25/world/asia/25liu.html?ref=world

One of China’s best-known dissidents, Liu Xiaobo, has been arrested
for “activities aimed at subversion,” state media and human rights
groups said on Wednesday, in the latest sign of a hardening of
government policy toward dissent. Mr. Liu has been in detention since
Dec. 8, after he signed a document, Charter 08, which calls for
multiparty democracy in China. The document was released two days
after his arrest.

A sizeable number of Americans are questioning the legitimacy of
America's supreme leader. Obama's birth certificate and hence his
legitimacy is a genuine and spontaneous concern to many American
citizens. No one has yet argued that these concerns are unreal and/or
the results of foreign agents.

The latest episode concerning Obama's birth place:

http://www.examiner.com/x-5697-Grassroots-Politics-Examiner~y2009m6d23-10000-reward-offered-to-any-witness-of-Obama-birth

"In a statement released today, WorldNetDaily Editor and Chief
Executive Officer Joseph Farah says he is offering a $10,000
reward to anyone who can prove he or she was present at the
birth of Barack Obama – and he's asking Americans to donate
to the cause in hopes of raising the bounty to an irresistible
amount."

http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474977722880

"President Barack Hussein Obama Kenya Birth Certificate for sale on
Ebay.
Interesting! Could be a hoax.
Why doesn't Obama release his records to prove he is a natural born
citizen and is eligible to hold the office of President?
If a person wants to donate to the hospital of Obama's birth to honor
him, where do they send the check?
If a person wants to recognize the doctor who delivered Obama, how can
he be contacted?
If a person wants to interview a witness of Obama's birth, how can a
witness be located?
A long form birth certificate would help answer these questions.
Where is the Birth Certificate?"

The one with mental illness is abianchen cunt, who continues to lie
about herself.

She thinks she's a guy but has no balls. She has a cunt with big
clitoris as she masturbate a lot.

She thinks she's from Taiwan because one Taiwan clothing manufacturing
company's fashion show changed her entire life. And also because of
this, she thinks she's a Chinese.

She tried to learn Chinese, but can only copy from Mainland China
newspapers and were caught using the simplified form of Chinese as
Taiwan does not recognize or use the simplified form of Chinese
writing.

abianchen is the biggest mental case of all. She's making a fool of

A Tall Story: How thief and liar Rusty Old Fool (rst9/rst0wxyz) stole
an innocent beautiful Thai girl’s photos to frame Chinese gay,
abianchen and how his sidekick Tienxia followed suit. Enjoy!

November 6, 2008 12:39 pm, Rusty Old Fool still called abianchen “he”,
a gay. The link:

Two hours later, November 6, 2008 1:30pm, Rusty asked abianchen to
post his photo. The link:

Abianchen did not post his photo. 12 hours later, November 7 2008,

website and accused abianchen is that Thai girl with NO proof. Note
that the website is no longer available. The link:

6 hours later, November 7 2008, 7:33am, Rusty’s no brainer sidekick

suit. The link:

using beautiful Thai girl’s photo to harass abianchen. The link:

Rusty then stole this innocent besutiful Thai girl’s photos and added
them to his photo album and claimed Meichi is Filipino. Obviously,
Rusty had no idea who this girl is, a Thai or a Filipino. Rusty is not
only a thief but also a liar! And apparently, to Rusty, being Filipino
or Thai is low class. The link:

From that day… these two dumb and dumber, Rusty Old Fool and Tienxia
have teamed up to frame abianchen as “Thai whore Meichi” and have used
this beautiful girl’s photos to insult abianchen.

Abianchen has been posting Chinese politics, culture in
soc.culture.china for 9 years. Netters know him as a Chinese guy so
how can “a Thai whore” post Chinese stuff in soc.culture.china for 9
years. Rusty Old Fool and Tienxia want revenge, at least they should
make convincing lies but they did not, are they out of their minds or
just plain stupid?

Did you enjoy my story?

Laws are made by people with their upbringing views and racist
attitudes of the past, and the U.S. Supreme Court was and still is a
prime example of it. American slavery had made a sham of American law
"of the people, by the people, and for the people". "All man are
created equal" are beautiful words, but not an ideal to live for, as
two hundred years of Black American indignities can not be washed
easily. Nothing is bigger than the deeds of the people who has to
live for it.

We all know God is a creation of human beings and nothing more. It's
the action and deed that count, not words, not god, not laws. America
has not and can not live up to its words written by its founding
fathers, especially Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, and many many
others.

They live from past historical views of the world. They do not want
to re-make us. So let us NOT try to re-make them into the image of
ourselves. So they their upper class people, and most are lower
class. So what? We have our upper classes and our lower classes of
people. Let them be. It's none of our business how they want to
live. Iraq is a prime example of how wrong our thinking can be.

What is modern and non-modern in today's law and religion, except for
automobiles, airplanes and cell-phones? What they can not make, they
can buy!!!

The necessity is there. To prove your point. But then you aren't so stupid
to risk arrest, are you? You're smart enough to know you would face that
risk. Just too big of a coward to admit it.

Spoken like a real gay, I mean guy, from Taiwan!

It's a dangerous jungle here, Meichi. You'll be better off writing in
newsgroups about Thai cooking or Thai massage.

Where is the long-form birth certificate/

In the files in Hawaii. The way to get it is to petition the governor
of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, to make the birth files of a president public
documents.

Why not just get it from Obama? Because apparently he has lost the
original, long-form certificate and only has the Certification of Live
Birth, which is all that Hawaii sends out these days.
