Pozdrav na vsitchki,

Moje li niakoi da mi izprati rezepta kak da si napravia bulgarsko kiselo
mliako i bialo sirene (fetta).

V Instituta po mlechna promishlenost prodavat suha zakvaska
za kiselo mliako.

A bez neia si za nikyde...

Kompaniata se kazva Meiji, a kiseloto v Bulgarski stil se kazva
"Burugaria Yoguruto"... Opitah nego i drugi yaponski mleka. Ne e losho,
no tova na Danone deto se prodava u nas po magazinite e po-vkusno. No ne
mislya che v tselya svyat se vnasya zakvaska samo ot Balgaria. Naprotiv,
vednazh shtom imash zakvaska, tya sama se kultivira pri opredeleni
obstoyatelstva...
