MILEYWORLD.COM - She's a journalist with the Eastern Courier
Messenger, hailed as the political journalist who investigates and
reports the truth, but the tables have turned and Heather Kennett is
at the centre of an investigation for 12 counts of child sex abuse,
stalking, fraud, misconduct, defamation, and paycheck journalism - and
the truth about Heather Kennett will now come out. This was the
beginning of an article which took the small country town of Adelaide,
South Australia by storm.

Bloggers are asking that Eastern Courier Messenger reporters (1)
Heather Kennett, (2) Lisa Bachmayer, (3) Shannon Caton, (4) Chantelle
Kroehn, known collectively as the "f*cked-up four" face an Independent
Commission into Corruption (ICAC) for working with the South
Australian Police to corrupt justice by releasing unfinalised claims
Sturt Police are "investigating" new Unley Mayor Lachlan Clyne as a
result of an email about rival Les Birch, giving the impression Clyne
had smeared Birch. Police seized a computer from Clyne's family
business on election day November 11, in what has been called an act
of "smear" and "corruption" by SAPOL against the young mayor.

"This is an utter abuse of the 'reasonable cause to suspect' power to
seize goods, because who is to say what is 'reasonable'?," a
University of South Australia law professor asked. "It's time that the
law be changed, and that police not abuse their power as a police
officer to smear political candidates as they have done to this poor
Lockey Clyne kid."

These allegations come 3 weeks after the Eastern Courier's Heather
Kennett allegedly (1) reported a fictional story written by 20-year-
old Jeremy Shum as fact; (2) discriminated against the kid inferring
he was incompetent to hold public office/teach due to his age; and (3)
Heather Kennett accepted sexual/monetary favours from Ron Green which
caused the saga. This saga has been touted "child sex abuse", albeit
"technical" as Australians age of majority is 18 rather than 21 in the
States. Jeremy Shum wrote a story entitled Special Agent Shum which
referred to the hypothetical corporation Waverly Labs, and Kennett
just quoted a part of his book to discredit him.

Psychologists have called Kennett's latest writings "classic over
compensation", having on the December 1 Messenger referred to Shiell
(now 65) as "at 20" smashing the English side, providing positive
coverage of the old man. "She regrets what she has done, and is now
overcompensating by promoting another individual of the age 20," a
psychology professor from the University of Adelaide stated, "there is
nothing really notable about Shiell's age of 20, except Kennett
selectively received that age as a response of her guilt and shame
resulting from the child sex sagas with the 20-year-old".

Heather Kennett has also been accused of using Google Groups,
Wordpress, blogs, petitions and usenet to smear Rick Powers, Joanne
Howard, Robert Paterson, Julian Carbone, Peter Pavan, Con Zacharakis
and David Lincoln. There are numerous web pages on the internet with
the names of Kennett and her newspaper team, which seem to contain
confidential information about the Rick Powers club which only Kennett
has access to as a journalist. A friend of Powers said what she did
was a "betrayal of trust" and that she should and will "never be
trusted again". Court action will allege that Heather Kennett was
guilty of 12 counts of fraud, misconduct, child sex abuse, stalking,
defamation, paycheck journalism.

Another anonymous email has criticised Jeremy Shum for reporting
Heather Kennett to the police for "sexually abusive, harassing,
intimidating, threatening" activity and "stalking" him. The email
states that Shum enjoyed sexual intercourse with Kennett, when in fact
I assume Kennett only WISHES there was sexual intercourse between the
pair (e.g. I hope I can have sex with Brad Pitt some day... sure I'll
dream all I like!). "Kennett is twisted, and I'm assuming she has
distributed fake rumours that she has had sex with Jeremy Shum to get
a sexual thrill out of" a friend of Rick Powers, who took Jeremy Shum
on as a protege, said. The attempt quickly backfired on Kennet
however, with web users noting Jeremy Shum is 20, Kennett is 50, and
Kennett would effectively be a paedophile then.

A user on UseNet has been criticised for releasing a long document
defending Kennett based on her childhood psychology, indicating:

1. Although the user defended Heather Kennett she does NOT support
what she has done to abuse children, because it's NEVER the kid's
fault only the adult's fault. She admitted she was a friend of Heather
Kennett's, and is saying why Kennett landed on the wrong side of the
law. She explained she was like a psychiatrist who explains why
murderers kill people, NOT that it is right.

2. He was 20, and in Australia, this is an adult. It's not under 21
like the United States. She says yes it is sick to exploit a 20 year
old, but what she has done is not "legally" wrong - it may be
unethical, immoral, but it's NOT illegal. (Yes, the other things she
has done may be illegal, but not the sexual abuse of the 20-year-old)

3. Rick Powers deserved to be stalked by the papparazzi. Heather
Kennett did the community a favour by stalking Rick Powers and
printing a photo of that ugly fat slob who is manipulating Burnside.
Nobody is going to feel sorry for Rick Powers. What we do feel sorry
is Rick's use of lawyers and splashing his money around to get rid of
any negative information about him. Also remember, journalists are
meant to stalk - that's their jobs, so it's NEVER illegal. Yes,
Kennett's stalking of the 20-year-old was unethical/immoral as I said
above, but even that isn't illegal. But once she is exposed on Channel
7's Today Tonight or Channel 9's A Current Affair she'll never do it
again, but a 20-year-old is hot and sexy so maybe Kennett gets a
sexual thrill out of it, so why not?

4. Journalists are NOT there to report the truth unlike you are led to
believe. Heather Kennett did nothing by reporting a fictional story a
kid wrote to discredit him. "He's 20, says he's the MD of an LA-based
firm that provides medical and engineering science advice to
businesses". Well as apart of the novel the kid wrote, he DID say
those words, he DID say "as the MD of the LA-based firm etc...". It's
not relevant the story is fictional, only that Heather Kennett can
sell newspaper as a result of what she said. You could say what
Heather Kennett said was smart. She twisted the kid's words to gain
what she wanted. Sure, it is narccisistic to victimise a 20-year-old,
but who is to judge? She made herself hell famous as a result, doing
what she needed to do. Again, yes it was unethical and immoral, but
reporting fiction as fact is legal loophole that is permitted and it's
NOT illegal.

5. Receiving monetary or sex bribes aka paycheck journalism isn't
illegal. Heather Kennett did nothing wrong for accepting monetary/sex
bribes/paycheck journalism from joke candidate Ron Green. Sure it is
questionable why receive a bribe from a 70-year-old obese MBA dropout
who failed to become a councillor (dude thought he could become mayor
of Burnside just years earlier), but that's Kennett's choice. Heather
Kennett knows the wage of a journalist is nothing, so she decided to
make some money on the side. What's wrong with that? It's not illegal.
It's deceptive and manipulative to her readers, and those of the
Eastern Courier Messenger, but it shouldn't be too surprising, given
Kennett is already in her 50's and only made it far enough in
journalism to be apart of a local newspaper - not even The Advertiser.
Also, the thrill of doing something unlawful/illegal could be just
enough to make Kennett feel alive.

6. There's no law preventing on you for saying someone is too young to
teach, or too young to be elected to public office. Remember this is
Heather Kennett's opinion. She could even say it's her opinion Ron
Green would make a bad councillor/mayor for having a small weiner.
It's her own opinion. Sure, with kids getting into parliament aged 20
these days (e.g. Roy Wyatt for the Liberal Party). and kids smarter
than ever, it's questionable whether Kennett's go at the kid for his
age is ethical/moral, but she only crossed social boundaries, NOT
legal boundaries. What Kennett did was not illegal, just unethical/
immoral at best. I don't think the kid's age has anything to do with
his incompetence to teach or be elected to public office, so I will
say sorry on behalf of Kennett for you, but remember it's just opinion
- even if she may have offended half the world.

7. There's no law saying someone is incompetent to hold public office
because they're still in school. The same logic applies for (5)
applies to (6). Sure, the inferences Kennett drew were unethical/
immoral, and questionable as to whether it's community's standards,
but she just gave her opinion. It may be an extreme left comment, but
that was her opinion, and she's free to give it under the law.

8. Reporting a vexatious allegation as "likely" to lead to an
investigation is logically correct. Heather Kennett was paid by a
candidate to publicise a claim his political opponent had made.
Kennett said, "it is likely Lock will be investigated by the State's
Electoral Commission for a number of irregularities in his campaign".
The issue is ECSA didn't actually investigate the candidate for these
irregularities. The argument is that even IF the investigation was
made, it may not conclusively find the candidate guilty anyway. The
problem with saying "likely to be investigated" is that it leads to
the conclusion the candidate WAS actually guilty as charged. Again,
what Kennett did was NOT illegal, but at max immoral/unethical. Her
statement is logically true, and if allegations are made (albeit that
the critique name Ron Green wasn't provided) that such matters WOULD
"likely" be investigated by ECSA. Kennett is NOT employed as a court
officer to state the truth remember, she is a journalist who is there
to make you buy more newspapers, and this is what she's done.

9. There is nothing wrong with coming to a person's house and asking
them questions. The purpose of investigative journalism is to be rude.
If you don't stalk a person, by coming to their property, and use a
telephone, email or mail instead, you might not get the truth. Yes
Heather Kennett's behaviour is uncivil, but it's not illegal. Using
methods that are untruthful, malicious and unethical will just make
nobody want to get an interview with Kennett - that's it.

10. Kennett's attack on a political candidate for their Asian race,
though Pauline Hanson-style, is her choice, her opinion.

11. Heather Kennett's decision to become a journalist because she
could gain power and narcissisticly abuse others due to her own father/
childhood issues is her own problem, and even though she will need
professional psychological/psychiatric drug help, and no matter how
"unusual" it seems, it's not illegal. Everybody around her will hate
her, but that's her choice.

12. Police really had seized Lachlan Clyne's computer, even though
they may have corruptedly made it seem like Clyne sent an email he
didn't by publicising these claims to the media, despite an
"investigation" was only pending, and not complete.

I think the main difficulty Heather Kennett has difficulty
interpreting is because Jeremy Shum graduated high school at the age
of 12 with a TER of 97.85, at the age of 20, he already holds a
Bachelors of Laws, Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting), Bachelors of
Engineering (Optical and Electronic) and Bachelors of Medicine and
Surgery.

It is for this reason that Heather Kennett has been called "malicious,
pathological liar, scum, unacceptable, socially inept, borderline
personality, undiagnosed schizophrenia, psychopathic, narcissistic,
ridiculous, humiliating, rejected, disliked, socially deviant,
hypersensitive to criticism, rejected, socially isolated, low self-
esteem, mistrust of others, emotional distance, self-conscious, self-
centered, fanatic, self-critical, impulsive, feelings of emptiness,
fear of competition, procrastingating, victimising, inappropriately
angry, unsociable, emotionally cold, paranoid, exhibitionist,
inferior, escapist, self-harm, suicidal, prostitutional, sexual". This
is not to even dwelve into calls for Kennett to be jailed
indefinetely, and to be tried by the U.N. court for crimes against
children.

Some other gossip has come out saying Kennett was sexually abused by
Mr. Kennett her father from age 12 to 19, undervalued by her mother in
upbringing, and engaged in prostitution, which is why she is today.
But even if she did, she would say she didn't, and even if she did,
that was her choice, so let's not enter the nature versus nurture
debate.

Heather Kennett and the Eastern Courier Messenger has been accused of
abusing their power as journalists to ask for "special treatment" from
the South Australian Police in censoring the above claims against
them, despite the right to freedom of political communication is
clearly expressed in the Australian constitution.

If this wasn't enough, Heather Kennett was also accused of having
distributed a document about Jeremy Shum, that stated: (1) Shum's
skinny legs are tighter than your 14 yo daughter's; (2) Shum put his
surname with Selena Gomez's first name like How to Lose a Guy in 10
days not a scandal; (3) Shum has a bigger lisp than Miley Cyrus; (4)
Shum wears more makeup than Zac Efron; (5) Shum should stick to
consulting lecturer; (6) Shum is under 21 under the original
constitutional law requirement; (7) Shum skinny little twig will
influence your children to get an eating disorder; (8) Shum wears a
dorky Jonas Bros purity ring an extremist christian; (9) Shum is
oriental and wants to let his asian savages get into rich white
Burnside; (10) Shum has a gender issue skinny jeans makeup more girly
than Dolly magazine; (11) Purity ring means Shum is so inexperienced
with sex he's banged a ton of girls slut alert; (12) Shum is a lawyer
who lies; (13) Shum is an environmentalist tree-hugging conservative;
(14) Shum is friends with creepy Jo Bros, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez,
Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato; (15) Shum changes his hairdo more than
Miley Cyrus smiles; (16) Shum is author living in mythical, mystical
magical world; (17) Shum wants to have 6 kids; (18) Shum wears glasses
contacts; (19) Shum shops at Dotti a girls store; (20) Shum buys
bottled water; (21) Shum has an expensive lifestyle; (22) Shum stick
with modelling; (23) Shum is a casanova; (24) Shum is like high school
musical fake crap; (25) Shum is just hot; (26) Shum is a pianist,
which is gay; (27) Shum uses his smile as a special spell; (28) Shum
is too famous; (29) Shum Shum is from Los Angeles not Australia; (30)
Shum thinks he's so hot but he's so NOT; (31) Shum studied law to get
rid of his sex tape; (32) Shum wears girls clothing.

All that is clear for now is though the South Australian Police may be
corrupt and Heather Kennett may not face a conviction, the internet
community has done a full investigation and spoken: child sex abuse
cannot be tolerated by a modern society. Maybe a change in law could
protect underage celebrities like Miley Cyrus from deranged
journalists like Heather Kennett who put power, greed and money before
ethics and principles.

Election 2010: Student's tilt at Burnside seat - COUNCIL - 9 NOV 10 @
07:55AM BY HEATHER KENNETT
COUNTDOWN TO THE POLLS: A university student is vying for a seat on
Burnside Council.

HE'S 20, says he's a managing director of a LA-based company offering
medical and engineering science advice and a 'consultant lecturer ,
specialising in constitutional law' - and now he wants to represent
you on Burnside Council.

However Rose Park and Toorak Gardens Ward candidate Lock is likely to
be investigated by the State's Electoral Commission for a number of
irregularities in his campaign material.

The UniSA student's flyer featured the Burnside Council logo and
included a generic University of SA postal address, as part of the
authorisation required on all campaign material.

Burnside Council acting CEO Paul Deb said Mr Lock had not gained
permission to use the council logo.

'In line with the Electoral Commission protocol, we have forwarded
this promotional material on to the Commission for review and action,'
Mr Deb said last week.

And an SA Electoral Commission spokeswoman said it was not appropriate
for a student to list their university address, under the requirements
of the Local Government (Elections) Act.

'However, if the address is a workplace address it may be acceptable,'
she said.

'If there is evidence to suggest that Mr Lock cannot be contacted at
this address, the commissioner will consider the matter.'

A UniSA spokeswoman confirmed Mr Lock was not employed by the
university.

Mr Lock declined to be interviewed when approached at his house, but
agreed to respond to questions via email.

Asked why he had suggested voters mark a number two next to his name -
instead of the traditional one - he replied: 'The quota is (2) and it
felt impolite to ask people to put a (1).'

He cited the Copyright Act when asked if he had obtained authorisation
to use the council logo.

Regarding his work as a 'consultant lecturer' he said he provided
'schooling support to kids in high school, university, professionals
(that was) similar to lecturing because that's essentially what's
done, but it's distinguished from the services the universities and
colleges provide'.

fact. Freedom of political communication protected under the
Australian constitution. Freedom of speech protected under the USA

Actuality is purely coincidental and unintended. This is because what
