yes, Argentina once had a brilliant future.
Back in the end of the second world war while Europe was in ruins,
Argentina 's wealth was impressive, it was fastly growing and it was
projected to become one of the strongest nation in the world
economically.
Unfortunately, a military junta overthrown the democratic government
and started a dark period for the country.

Argentina has always been a country of whites, since the end of the
18th century has suffered numerous inmigrations from Europe, after the
second world war it received another massive inmigration.

For strange reasons the native indians, that occupied the land before
the spanish colonization of the continent, were annihilated by an 18th
century general named Juan Manuel de Rosas. Many of the indians were
killed so the white people could dwell on their lands.

The small black population that once existed disappeared also for
unknown reasons.

Argentina, althought it once had a promising future, has been up to
now a failure. However, is the country of hispanic America that has
been the closest to a complete development. Argentina's achievements
are far superior to those of Colombia, Mexico, or Cuba. In addition it
is a country of whites. Somebody once said "Argentina will differ
itself from the rest of Hispanoamerica more and more as time goes by.
The difference shall be in the surnames:italians(many italians,
millions of them), spanish, germans, french, ucranians, jewish.

The truth is that Argentina became what it is: a country of whites.

For the americans, traditional discriminators of the latinoamerican
culture, is very difficult to discriminate a nation whose percentage
of white european blood is superior to their own.

One american that I knew from work once told me "Why are you so white
if you are latinamerican". If the nations could speak in one voice,
something we know they can't do, that is what U.S would tell
Argentina.

In conclusion, Argentines are people very hard to discriminate.

It's really difficult to know where to begin refuting this racist drivel.
There are so many statements of risible logic and fact that it could really
keep you occupied for quite a while. Is it worth it? Probably not. 'Yes,
Argentina once had a brilliant future' - but the Argentines ruined any hope
they had of it coming true through their xxxx - you fill in which
particular aspect of the past five decades strikes you as most pertinent.
And as to the two sentences 'For some reason' when referring to the
obliteration of the Indian population and the expulsion of the black
population ..... could that reason not have had something to do with guns
in the hands of white settlers?
Give me strength.

Eu não acredito!!, o que tem a Argentina a ver com esse newsgroup? E que
puta papo aranha e racista desse panaca! Essa atitude explica a rejeição
que TODOS os povos latinoamericanos tem por esses imbecis que, apesar de
toda a pose, estão falidos e dependem do Brasil para tudo, em suma, se o
Brasil espirra, eles ficam resfriados. Basta dar uma volta por Buenos Aires
(quem já foi sabe do que eu estou falando) para ver que eles estão muito
longe da prosperidade que eles querem fazer parecer. Por fim, discordo do
autor, eu acho muito fácil discriminar argentinos porque essa opinião e
atitude são o senso comum deles.

Funny how you explain history with SOME truth then say "for some strange reason" the NATIVE population, which were dark people, were killed. As if you don't know. They were SLAUGHTERED by wight Spaniards and Europeans (by disease and the sword), backed by Kazarian Jewish converts. Don't forward the lies by not telling the WHOLE truth. You obviously know it.
