I am writing in the hope that you can help me.
I am a looking for my niece Cecila Zavaleta with whom I have lost touch with over the years. She is a Bolivian living in the Virgina-Washington DC area and travels frequently to Bolivia. She is very active in Bolivian causes and you may have heard of her. At one time she belonged to an organization called PRODEBO.
If you have heard of her and know how to reach her by phone, mailing address or email, please let me know.
If you know how I can spread this message to as many Bolivians as possible, let me know. Any help would be appreciated.
