Certainly not. But proposing 3 times just by seeing someones foto in
paper or on TV (and maybe 'coz she is from the "royal" family)
certainly qualifies his "potato" to be at "fault". :-)

Is this the same person who threatened to jump off some
highrise in the BHU campus (early 80s) for Ms. P Gandhi ?

Maybe he needs a nice netscape browser and an access to all the
