President Bush has stated that all terrorists and their patrons will
be annihilated from the surface of earth. This puts our Robin Hood
viagra-user hazari and his patron hasina in deep trouble, I guess.

Legacy of Hazari

Down from the streets up to the administrative wings of the
government, Feni bears the legacy of Joynal Hazari. An MP for
three consecutive terms, Hazari has ruled Feni for years,
especially in the last five years of the Awami League regime. A
confirmed bachelor, the self-styled 'Father of Feni' vigorously
imposed his own law, ruthlessly silencing any opposition on the
way.

Creation of a 6,000-strong Steering Committee in 1994, which was
later renamed Class Committee, for 40 out of 45 unions of Feni
asserted ascendancy of his muscle power, power that generated
terror in Feni along with crores of taka in illegal earnings.

Hazari's army was mostly made of teenagers picked from the
impoverished villages of Feni. School jumpers, rickshaw-pullers,
day labourers, students, unemployed youths and, of course, listed
criminals were either forced or motivated to join the committee.

Each of these 40 Unions had a 100-strong steering committee with a
commander for every 20 members and a secretary for every 50
members. The head of every committee was called captain.

At the district town, Feni Municipality and Feni College had two
separate 100-strong committees while a special District Class
Committee always remained alert to strike anywhere, anytime at the
command of the supreme commander, Hazari. It is widely known that
the Azharul Haq Arzu, a Bangladesh Chhatra League leader of Feni
College, was second-in-command of the committee.

Over the years, members of the committee had meddled with affairs
of the local administration. A senior official of the local
administration said that in all development works involving crores
of taka, Hazari's men used to dictate the terms and named
contractors, suppliers and supervisors.

"If you look at the condition of roads in Feni town and elsewhere
in the district, you will know how much plundering had taken
place," he said. "On paper these roads have been carpeted and
re-carpeted every year. In reality, the contractors could not
spend even 30 per cent of the fund allocated because he had to pay
the class committee."

The district council floated tender for development of a pond in
front of the diabetic hospital. The council paid nearly Tk 10 lakh
but the project never got underway. Ekram, secretary of the Feni
thana unit of Jubo League and chairman of the Anandapur Union who
got the contract, is now absconding. According to local
administration, dozens of similar payments were made for other
development works.

Over the years Hazari and his men had illegally occupied every
inch of available public land in Feni town and converted them into
income generating structures. The land belonging to the central
Shaheed Minar was converted into a microbus stand. Each of the
nearly 70 vehicles was made to pay Tk 30 every day.

Stories of criminal practices are rampant in the district. Local
people said that most of Hazari's nominees to Union Parishad
(Council) polls were elected unopposed. Those who contested in the
elections against his candidates, were none other than his own
people, planted to make the election look free and fair, local
people said.

Not only Union Parishad elections, in every organisational
election, Hazari's nominees were elected unopposed. As a result,
local people said, Hazari's cadres represent almost all the 45
Union Parishads in Feni. Most of these 'elected' cadres have been
issued one or more licenses for firearms by the deputy
commissioner despite the fact that these men are wanted in
connection with numerous cases including murder, rape, robbery,
extortion and theft.

Just before the August 17 raid on his residence, 'someone' in
Dhaka tipped Hazari off, sources said. It is widely believed that
a clerical aide to the chief advisor of the caretaker government
first leaked the information about the raid.

People claiming to be witnesses said that, about two hours before
the raid, Hazari's convoy of about ten vehicles left Feni towards
Dharmapur, a village bordering with Ekinpur in India. They said
that the godfather and his men crossed the border into Ekinpur and
stayed at the residence of Arjun, an influential smuggler of the
area.

Rumours are rife that Hazari might appear in the High Court in
Dhaka to seek an interim bail. Hazari is wanted in connection with
twelve criminal cases, which include four murders, possession of
illegal firearms and narcotics and arson. The list does not
however include the case, filed by Feni journalist Tipu Sultan for
assault and attempt to kill in January 2001. Feni police have so
far remained mysteriously inactive and failed to register Tipu's
case.

Hazari's rise into the criminal world has always been sponsored by
his party, the Awami League. In the October 1 parliamentary
elections Hazari has been nominated by the AL to contest from the
Feni-2 constituency against BNP candidate, VP Joynal Abedin,
another rising godfather of the area. Although Hazari and his
henchmen are absent in the election campaign, VP Joynal has also
remained aloof from conducting any campaign in Feni so far.

By nurturing and supporting a wide range of criminal activities of
Hazari, the AL has encouraged others to follow suit, local people
said.

In Laxmipur, Narsingdi, Gaforgaon, Dhaka, Narayanganj, Barisal,
Mymensingh, Chittagong, Satkhira and many other places political
party-sponsored "godfathers" are emerging. These 'criminals' not
only control local administration, but also terrorise society and
establish their own law. Unless political parties take a stand
against such practices, the country would face total anarchy soon,
local people said. (The Daily Star, Sep 19, 2001)

Your vote can save me: Hazari

FENI, Sept 22 (UNB): "I want to live-your one vote can save me,"
says an election poster with difference.

Widely pasted in every nook and corner of the district town in the
name of Joynal Hazari with his photograph the poster says: I want
to live; your one vote can save me; businessmen of Feni will not
survive if I die.

Former MP and an Awami League candidate in the October 1 poll from
Feni-2 constituency Hazari is not personally in the election
campaign. He went into hiding to avoid arrest in connection with
11 criminal cases including 5 murders.

Shortly before police-BDR raid of his Masterpara house August 16
night Hazari went into hiding along with his close disciples.
Many in the town believe that Hazari and some 50 of his armed
cadres are now staying in Ekinpur, a safe sanctuary across the
Feni border. He occasionally comes to the town in disguise. (UNB,

What will happen to the country if Hazari goes to India with his supply of
Viagra - who is going to fuck Hasina ????
Viaga, Hasina and Hazari are very crucial in the political arena of
Bangladesh. And if Hasina does not get her daily dosage of anal sex and
Hazari's viagra-influenced "muscle of love" - she is only going to get more
and more bitchy. Not to say she is not a bitch already ;))

This brings the whole nation to stop and wonder - what will happen if Hasina
does not get regular sex ????

Father of Feni has to come forward to save the country from Hasina. Only
Hazri and his supply of viagra induced hardon can save Hasina from her utter
bitchiness.
:))

Just my corny sense of humor
