Are you sure about this? In the mid-eightees, when our paths
crossed, he was
a post-doctoral fellow in experimental Physics at CalTech, before
moving to Bell-Core in New Jersey.
But then again, knowing about his multifacetted talents, it would not be
too surprising if he got himself into computer sciences as well.
