Remote Neural Monitoring Update

Hi,

There has been a new development in the Remote Neural Monitoring. As
mentioned previously, I have been able to successfully block the signal
using a Faraday cage, but unfortunately this technique only blocks part
of the signal (the audio component). Having already made them aware (how
can I help it) that I now possess the know-how to build a device to
record the audio component:

1. Capture the microwave signal at 300-400Mhz range. I don't know what
exact electromagnetic frequency they are using but it is at the range
when the waves will behave partly as microwaves and partly as radio
waves. As mentioned previously, it requires a complete body enclosure in
the Faraday cage to block the audio component since the human body acts
as an antenna so covering the head alone is not sufficient.

2. The microwave signal uses FM modulation to encode the audio
component, when it hits the skin it creates an internal 10Hz - 15Hz and
20Hz subsonic wave which interacts with the brain's own bio electrical
systems. The different wavelengths allow them to interfere with the
auditory, visual cortex and somatic systems of the brain respectively.
There are already devices on the market that:

1. Create hallucinations by generating signals at these wavelengths
(they are marketed for recreational purposes).

2. Allow you to talk with your brain to a telephone by simply attaching
the device to your skin.

In order to record the audio signal, one requires a receiver capable to
tuning in to the appropriate microwave range. No a regular radio will
not do.

You then need to use an FM demodulator to extract the sounds, increasing
the pitch to a level to which they can be heard by the human ear.

The video component is a bit more of a challenge though. The fact that
it can get through the Faraday cage means that it is Far-InfraRed
(1mm/1000um) or Thermal-Infrared (100um) wavelength - so the traditional
means to blocking microwave radiation will not work.

It makes sense that to create the 10-15-20Hz sounds on impact a
different electromagnetic frequency needs to be used.

So what have they done?

They have turned off the audio component but maintained the video
interference. Mainly because they know that it is within my means to
record them now.

I will do some more research on how to capture or block far and thermal
infrared signals.

From a philosophical standpoint, the universe is a balanced God - while
this "exploit" into the human mind seems to go against everything we
believe is holy with regards to human rights, even the average
individual, given the appropriate knowledge has the means to fight back
against the atrocious technology.

A final note. So far, my actions have been defensive and defensive
alone. There is a third and final solution, one which I am loathe to
undertake because doing so would make me just as bad as these people.
Sending a microwave or infrared jamming signal, rendering all attempts
to monitor my brain both futile and PAINFUL.

activity altogether. I am not foolish enough to sue them because they
are above the law and no Australian court has yet recognized this
technology. There is only one state in America that has recognized
electronic warfare technology that I am aware of.

I test to block this signal by put computer notebook(no electric current) near my top of head and my body. Sometime I open the big radio with specific frequency to block this signal. We need to practice concentration for help control our mind to ignore from voice and picture sent from this software. If you hear the voice from this s/w, you should concentrate to listen a song in a specific frequency. If you see the picture sent from this s/w, you must practice to change/adjust the picture to another picture that you like or happy to see.

I get monitored by RNA 24hr too. I am a victim for almost 3 years.
There were so many different version in the market and their functionality might differ from one and another.
The RNA monitor me is not monitor by software but by real human.

It is a 2 way voice & vision/image signal input from my end.
However, they only open the audio channel from their end.
Which means they could see and hear as I am but I could
only able to hear what they say. The software they use

I could not totally block this signal but I try to reduce
the harm when I go to sleep. I place a solid platform (like table)
few inches above my face when I lying down on bed. On top on the platform,
I put several thick iron plates (for gym) on the platform. When that happen, I able to block their signal strength significantly!! I also on my radio, so
the person who monitor me will get disturbed by the songs at night which
will cause them turn down the volume.

Some website suggest the RNM might use both radio and Infra-Red technology.
Infra Red can be absorb by water and reflect by mirror. But I have not
try this idea yet.

However I have no way to reduce this evil during day time.
I have been suffer for long. Hope someone could share with me
some great ideas to block RNM. Thanks!

The remote monitoring in Australia is in the range of 480-490Mhz, every one has been implanted with a chip at one point in their life during routine dental or medical surgery (a major dental operation in my case), and modern technology is able to be concealed in an immunization, I believe the first type to be a variant of this one:

It states that 480-490Mhz began their government use after a 1978 bomb blast in Sydney, they were allocated for the National Anti-Terrorist Plan (NATP). They are known as SACPAV channels (Standing Advisory Committee for Protection Against Violence). And they are used by the following agencies:
AFP (Australian Federal Police)
ACS (Australian Customs Service)
ASIO (Australian Security & Intelligence Organization)

I've noticed throughout my research that everyone assumes that this is all done by satellites, but this is incorrect.

ASIO's surveillance facility is located in the very centre of Australia, and it is known as Pine Gap, and although it does contain some of the highest grade satellite dishes and satellite capabilities in the world, these are for other communications interception. In the facility there is a Tesla style toroidal dipole antenna that goes more than 5 miles directly into the ground and into a natural underground water aquifer, and the monitoring of the implants is actually done through underground transmissions, as apposed to above ground, which is quite brilliant actually, because it is far more discrete, harder to intercept or scan for, and will transmit and receive anywhere in the country.. that is why there is no escaping it in remote areas.

Pine Gap has a 5,000 square metre super-computer facility, which stores thoughts and personalities in real-time. Most TI's believe that they are speaking with real people through V2K, but they are not, it is almost all artificial intelligence, a response is triggered by every thought, the automated system is that intelligent and capable, that it can mimic the personality of someone that you know, personality traits are stored from your encounters with that person throughout your lifetime, and if it communicates with you with v2k as that person, the personality and responses are completely identical to the person as you know them. About 6 months or so went by of me communicating all day every day, as time went on, the more AI I noticed, and it wasn't until the 6 months passed that I realized that all of it, including the most intense v2k times where there was over 50 personalities in my head.. was all automated. Bare in mind that this goes back to before Pine Gap, the CIA started Pine Gap with ASIO and taught them their ways, and their ideologies.

The technology is not experimental at all, I know this personally, because of the intense and detailed psychology involved. Their system does exactly what they want it to do.

Even before I was a TI they have intervened throughout my life, that also goes for dreams. They have an ideal standard of civilian personality, belief and will, but instead of changing ones thought patterns, which they could so easily do, they are hell-bent on punishing people, with negative thoughts, emotions, urges, and pain, low-level drug users become unaware low-level TI's with induced paranoia, voices, and mood swings. But the system is flawed, because you are being punished for something that you are unaware you are being punished for, and when the day comes that you do become aware of your punishments, and what is really happening, is the day that it is to late..

Because once you are targeted, you are targeted for life...

If you believe that you are targeted as a form of experimental mind control, now is the time to stop kidding yourself, a citizen would not become an enemy of the state and ultimately have his or her life 100% ruined just so some new technician can see how far he can push them.

Everyone is targeted for a reason, in my case.. criminal history, involving drug dealing, unlicensed firearm shooting, but not just that, for the way that I think in general, I analyse everything that I come across, for an opinion, a more efficient implementation, flaws, the security of something... how it could be exploited, I am what would be classed as a free thinker, I don't just take something for what it is, I am not naïve, I see things for what they really are, I take opposite sides into consideration before making an opinion, once I have an opinion on something, it is an opinion that I am set on, unless new factors come into play. I see the war on terror for what it really is, a means to invade countries and put in place new leaders, who will be below the invaders, and which will ultimately lead to majority global control, when Tony Abbot and David Irvine announced the first ever red terror alert in Australia, with what was clearly misleading information.. I instantly said "you watch, they'll invade a country within 3 days"... it only took them two. I'm not someone to think that our government would never kill 35 of it's innocent civilians in Port Arthur to remove Automatic and Semi-Automatic firearms to prevent potentially thousands of deaths/murders in the future... because that is exactly what they would do, not many people could hit 20 out of 20 targets while firing from the hip with an AR-15 assault rifle, let alone a mentally challenged man with no military background. I will not drink tap water where I live, because it has high amounts of fluoride, and I know what fluoride really is, and how it alters the mental capabilities of free thinking.

No fantasizing (including of the opposite sex)
Have full-time employment
Get married
Purchase a house that you will be paying off for the rest of your live(s)
No negative political thoughts
No negative ASIO or other government agency thoughts

Don't break laws
Respect authority figures
No whistleblowing (I know people that are TI's from that alone)

And most importantly for normal citizens.. watch for the signs.. if you start to get gangstalked, cease what you are or what you have been doing immediately. Because that is the decider, if you notice it, like I did, and let it continue without making any major changes in your self, you will eventually become fully targeted, my stalking started as soon as I became one of the larger ice dealers in my town, it continued for that year, and for a year after I stopped dealing, shortly after that I was an official TI, because of my beliefs and for my lack of respect for the law. While being stalked I would simply lose my tails before doing any deals, I would play hide n' seek for personal amusement, I am a prohibited firearms person, but would still take my guns out shooting in my unregistered car without an interlock in a ranger and helicopter patrolled state park, wearing camo and a balaclava, with a suppressor on my rifle.. And they were always there.. parked down the road, following me with their lights off, but nothing changed.. so I continued doing what I loved and what was therapeutic to me. There was one incident where I was on a private property where I would park my car while shooting in the state park.. I was in the bush.. a torch flashed and waved directly in front of me, 20 metres to the left 5 seconds later another person did the same thing, another incident I got my car bogged while making a quick getaway from a shooting spot in the state park, because the military style police helicopter with thermal vision flew about 50 metres above my head, this usually happened when I went out, they never intercepted me, I would just hide behind a tree and continue, but this time it was to low, I took off to quick and got the car stuck, I was in the middle of nowhere with no phone signal, I walked 10 metres to the road, all of a sudden two cars floored it passed me, I attempted to wave them down, but they continued, I walked to try get some reception, 45 minutes of walking in pitch black went by, then I saw 2 cars blocking the road about 100 metres in front of me with their lights on, facing me, the two drivers were outside of the cars talking to each other, a few seconds later one of them said "is that him?" the other replied "yeh that's him" the both jumped in their cars and took off. My initial thought was "fuckin inconsiderate cunts, could have given me a lift" as I still had several k's of pitch black dirt road to walk. These two incidents were supposed to be taken as signs to stop what I was doing.

I had stopped dealing, but I continued to use, I went shooting on a weekly basis, In camo and a balaklava with suppressors on my rifles.

If I knew then what I know now, I would have handed my guns in and changed my ways. Apart from obvious stalking everywhere I would go, the two shooting incidents where what could be considered as strikes, there was 3 in total.

Strike 3 = Full blown Targeted Individual, pushed to wanting to die, wanting to kill, wanting nothing more then for it all to end, and on a daily basis. Most people either kill themselves or kill others within the first 3 months.

My TI situation was about as bad as it gets, and although nothing has really changed in a year, it is a lot easier now, because I don't fall for the bullshit, I don't let visual or audio implants take my focus, I can control my body and mind frequencies, I subconsciously alter the v2k insults to reverse insults, humourus responses or reinforcing statements, I know the difference between my thoughts & will and theirs. That many different extreme psychological attacks were done to me on a daily basis, that nothing can harm me now, because I have lived through the worse..

There's a radio receiver computer setup that costs under $15, and it is capable of receiving signals of all types in the range of 50Mhz to 2.2Ghz. It's called Software-Defined Radio (SDR) and all of the software is free and open source, the receiver is a USB TV-Tuner with the chipset RTL2832. The software views the spectrum live, and you can see anything that is being transmitted in the frequency range that you are viewing, different signal types look different, and the software contains modulation options. AUSTRALIA I am seeking to commence or join a class-action lawsuit in which I will allege that I have been illegally electronically surveilled, electronically harassed and gang-stalked by my malicious neighbours, Maureen and Peter Kirkby, and their dysfunctional associates at Horseshoe Bay, Magnetic Island - who seem to be part of a broader network in North Queensland that I will allege includes rogue medical staff and police in the Cairns region. I do not have a criminal record, nor any history of mental health issues, nor was I drunk, nor standing on the road, yet I was literally kidnapped/abducted off the Bruce Highway at Edmonton at approx. 4pm AEST on Saturday, April 26 2014, subjected to police brutality by an officer from Gordonvale station and then taken against my will to Cairns Base Hospital and admitted to the mental health unit's emergency dept, where I was evaluated the next day as sane and then transferred to the mental health ward for several days. While on the ward, I was again evaluated - this time by a panel who agreed I was simply suffering exhaustion following a bereavement (my ex-boyfriend and close friend of 10 years had suicided and I had gone to rescue his dog). When I eventually returned home - still bearing bruises from the police officer who had almost broken my arm and collar bone in the process of applying handcuffs, although I did not resist - I was required to visit my GP, Dr Bill Glavin, who remarked that he was concerned by a comment in a fax he had received from a doctor at Cairns Base Hospital. I asked to be given a copy of this fax, which contained a false claim that I had suffered a psychotic episode, which never actually occurred. While I had been on the ward in the mental health unit, several other people told me that I was one of the sanest people they had ever met there.
Back home relaxing sitting on the porch at my former address - 5 Corica Crescent - I heard Maureen's teenage son tell a friend [verbatim]: "See that lady there, my mum is really messing with her mind and she has no idea how she's doing it". I became a victim of Remote Newural Monitoring on 8/23/2012. Since then, my life has been nothing but misery and living hell. I do not think that it's the government or any law enforcement official has anything to do with it. It would be nice if they didn't discredit me by saying that I have mental health issues when I made several attempts to try and get something done about it. I know of several individuals that I personally know that are having the same problem as I am. The longest I know of someone being terrorized by them is 8 years. From what I have been able to learn is that they are dangerous computer hackers who have been doing this for several years as I hear the voices constantly and they make changes to my body all the time. For example, a doctor prescribed me Moriphene while I was hospitalized with a serious infection in my stomach and like my ADHD medication they took away the effect the medication has on my body like I had never taken it and at times have had it taken away from me after feeling the benefits of the drug and have felt some sort of change over my body. I must also add that they reiterated something back to me that I was thinking back to myself in 1994 or 1995 along with several things they knew of that happened in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2002. They skipped a few years and then went up until present day indicating that I have been under the monitoring basically my whole life. They hacked into a friend of mines Facebook account on 3/23/2013 and sent me an email that said "how would you feel if someone told everything that you ever did". I know for a fact they monitor the electronic devices I use because they have made changes to them right in front of my eyes. An example is I watched them disable the volume on my computer and my cell phone along with making the signal meter on my work and cellular connections constantly change when I am near the router and should have perfect signal. I also have a slower than average internet connection. The are able to hold back the connection when I am attempting to access a web page and have significantly reduced my download speed on my computer. I'm getting on average about 115 kbps and was using a 50 Mbps cable connection. In addition, they frequently add words and letters in addition to what I am typing to someone and seen them access my phone when I took the SIM card out of my phone and my phone showed their was no signal. I have reported the hacking to the manufacturer of my phone along with my cellular provider and fail at any attempt to get help with it.

This thread might sound super-paranoid but it is real. There are others on Youtube who seem to have a similar problem.

I have a former neighbor who has been using radio frequencies to eavesdrop on me. They can "listen in" on my thoughts by pointing a beam of some kind of radiation into my room and at my head. (I know this is real. There are things that they know about me that there is no way they could know.) They could be using Extra Low Frequencies or on the other end, microwaves. Is there anyone out there who knows how to detect Extra Low Frequencies. And also how to block it? A faraday cage is beyond my budget limit.

I think they are using Ultra Low Frequencies because the former neighbor was in the Navy. He attended the Naval Nuclear Power School back in the 80s. ULF would be used by the navy to communicate with other subs because salt water would make it impossible for the radio waves to travel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been a t.i. for 3 years now. i am very different from anyone else with my remote neural monitoring because i happen to know the people that did this to me. i understand remote neural monitoring/artificial telepathy very well. I also have very much information on the people involved. I know of several other people that have been victimized by these same people. its not the government. If you are on rnm then chances are your life is streaming online at a secret website. If i could find a good hacker i could find out where they stream the rnm and probably help a lot of people get off of it. There are many ways you can mitigate the effects of remote neural monitoring. The operating frequencies of remote neural monitoring are 10 Hz,15 Hz,25 Hz,9 Hz and 20 Hz. Make these frequencies using online tone generators easily found in google search and save them. You can play them in your pc or laptop. Also get good GPS jammers. Hope these measures will reduce the torture.
