If you're saying the NBA is practicing a quota system to allow players
who are not supposed to be on the team, you are dead wrong. The
dispropotionately few white NBA players on the roster are there because
they deserve it, not because of any quota system. If there is a
player, black or white, who is better than anyone on the roster, again
black or white, he would have replaced the one less skillful, less
competitive, or older. Because if the team doesn't do it, other teams
will gobble him up. And it's going to make the team not picking the
best players less competitive.
The professional sport teams in the US is just like any other segment
of the society. It has a system where cream comes to the top and the
weak is left on the way side. Free market makes it so.

Not that I follow NBA regularly. Furthermore, the white players are so
few and the good ones are even fewer I have problem trying to come up
with names. Jason Kidd of the Suns and Christian Laettener of
whichever team he was recently traded to are two WHITE guys who
definitely do not stay in the NBA because of their looks or the color
of their skin. Why am I even bother to come up with names? My
argument is EVERY white player belongs, however miniscule role on the
respective team he performs.
To say the White players stay in the NBA because of the color of their
skin and not their skills, you have to come up with more convincing
argument supported by evidence than your own prejudice.

1. All players are humans. None of members of any race, since there aren't
any races.
2. However, many people perceive themselves and other people through the
prism of racism. All too often this had led to discrimination for and against

consider any one superior or inferior to any other. Apparently some
do. We can engage in rhetorical debate all day long to the question

Evidence? Sorry but video player is not my style. And there is no
recording tv programs on a VCD player. If you will only believe in your
own eyes, why do you need others to provide any evidence. To see is to
believe. But if your eyes suffer from "WHITE" cataract, if you are a
"WHITE" idiot to some degree, or if you play "WHITE" rotten
(understand?) purposely, which is very probable since you like anything
