Loi Minh Truong, 39, the owner of Pho 54 restaurant at
2874 Alum Rock Ave, San Jose, California, was fatally
shot as he was closing his business shortly before 10 p.m.
Sunday night. Police officers responding to a report of
a shooting found the vietnamese man dead at the scene
and believe the victim may have been robbed. Anyone
