Lester Chow is a FRAUD

To Whom It May Concern,

Lester Chow is a con man. Do not give him money. I know with a topic
like this you are most likely expecting a post filled with childish name
calling, but this isn't one of those posts.

Having seen Lester Chows posts a few months ago on the net I was feeling
sorry for this brave man who seemed to be fighting, what was implied to be,
illegal government or corporate powers taking the estate of Chinese Royalty
here in Hawaii. It seemed that this man was struggling for a cause which
didn't benefit him at all. He also had a charity, which according to the
website needed donations to help underpriviledged people in Hawaii. Lester
Chow claimed to be a rich white collar businessman looking to help others.

Like a lot of people living on an outter island in Hawaii, I am very
trusting towards people who were born and raised here. I also want to do
what I can to help those being oppressed, I believe all of us do. But I saw
a few posts attacking him and I thought it was terrible. So I defended him
against these name callers, in disbelief that such trolling existed against
good honest people trying to help others. I decided to look into Lester
Chow myself to see why they were attacking him.

Through resources I discovered a few things. The imperial family Lester
Chow speaks about, is none other then himself. His great grandfathers
nephew supposively, without legal title, fortune, or even followers, called
himself the successor emperor of the Chou Dynasty. When I saw this I had to
laugh in shock. The Chou Dyanasty? The Chou Dyanasty collapsed in 256 B.C.
In other words, 13 Generations before Jesus Christ was born (and thats a
very liberal figure). Looking deeper, I discovered that that are over
50,000 different people who never met who claim to be the legitiment
successor to the emperor of China under the Chou name, throughout the world.

It is kind of like how everyone who is Japanese is told they have Samari
in this familys past. Or how everyone who is white in america believes
their ancestors came on the mayflower, or that they have part cherokee from
hundreds of years ago in their blood. Or how so many Hawaiians claim to be
the legitiment successor to the Kingdom of Hawaii. Or how people of African
American decent say, until taken into slavery, their family was the kings
and queens of their area. Every race and culture has these Urban Legends
refering to their familys past, its just one of those things. The Chou
Dynasty in every way shape and form, ended 2,258 years ago. We arn't
talking just before World War 1 here.

So, confused, I looked deeper. Lester Chou, claiming to be representing
the entire Chou clan, (Which by now given every offspring since 256BC is
roughly a 500 Million people with royal blood), I looked deeper into the
oppression of this Imperial Estate. It turns out its just a regular house
that his great grandfather bought when he came to Hawaii. So I wondered
"Who is this entity stealing the property from Lester Chow?" It turns out
the House never belonged to Lester Chow, it belongs to his Sister, and she
and her husband want to sell the house. Lester believes he should get a cut
of the house, even though it does not belong to him.

Its like this. Lesters mom left Lester money, and his sister the house.
This happens in wills every day. Lester wound up wasting all of the money
away, and is now broke. His sister now, decides to sell the house, and
Lester is mad. Lester is not trying to protect any cultural significance.
Lester HIMSELF tried to sell the house ILLEGALLY and without the deed only
two years ago. Lester wants his sister to pay him, that is it, cut and dry.

Lester Chow claims to have a "Charity". All "donations" to his
"Charity" go directly into his pocket to pay for food, rent and clothing.
None of it goes to help anyone other then himself. Lester is trying to be a
professional con man.

When asked about his Job, Lester will respond by saying that he:
1) Runs the Chinatown-Hawaii Mall.
2) Owns DK Chow & Associates
3) International Resolution Specialist.

Now CHINATOWN-HAWAII SHOPPING MALL refered to by Lester Chow is this
website: http://lchow.webvis.net/csm/csm.html and that is the entire
shopping mall. There are no online stores, but rather names of stores all
over Hawaii that have to do with chinese products which he points to. You
can not buy anything online, so it is not actually a Shopping Mall. It is
more of a webpage that lists Chinese style business's. He puts a few up
without permission and then asks others to pay him to put their name on his
webpage which nobody really visits.

DK Chow & Associates is where Lester Chow claims to make his big white
collar paychecks. He has mentioned many times that if only he closed every
account he had open last year he would have made $140,000 for the year. Let
me clarify this. DK Chow & Associates is an "Insurance Company" that Lester
Chow started. Now it has no money, so if someone did buy insurance and
something went wrong, Lester would have no way to actually pay. He gives
companys he tries to sign up the illusion that he somehow controls the Chou
Dynasty Fortune.... He feels if he can sign up enough companys there will
be enough to cover single accidents and still pay for his living expenses.
It is a scam.

Also, for the record, when he says that if he closed all accounts he
would have made $140,000 here is what he means. He sent out advertisments
about his "Insurance company" to many many people in the form of Spam to
every website he came accross. His figures represent that if every single
person he sent spam email to purchased his highest priced package, then he
would have made $140,000 as long as he never had to pay any Insurance Claims
BY THE COMPANYS. For the record, it wasn't matter of Lester Chow "Closing
the accounts" it was more a matter of the people emailed "Responding to
Lester."

Nobody fell for it, and nobody signed up for his insurance scam. Lester
made no money at all from it, and rightfully so because t would have been a
dangerous situation for any company who believed they were insured to need
to make a claim and see that Lester spent their money.

Lester Chows claims to being an International Resolution Specialist come
from the fact that since he believes that 2,258 years ago his family was
wise enough to be emperors of China, then he should genetically have the
exact same wisdom to solve international disputes. Lester Chow has not only
never been educated in mediating international conflict, but he is also
unable to resolve the conflict that arrises in these Newsgroups by his
failure to clairfy his posts. Lester's name, and even his current relatives
are not known by anyone with any political or financial power. His claims
to being a white collar professional are unfounded, and just a cover so he
can gain trust from those he wants to donate money too. I know it makes me
feel safer to donate funds to a charity runby someone who doesn't need my
money because they are already rich. But Lester plans to use any donations
to support himself.

As you may have guessed, the reason Lester Chow wants to collect
donations is simple. He does not want to work at a job. Lester Chow has
not held an actual Job since 1984. His total living expenses come from
online and real world cons. He is constantly being removed from UH campus's
where he tries to take advantage of college aged kids for food, shelter etc.
He has found that college age people are the most easy to convince that you
can help them get great employment in the future, so what is a few bucks
here and there when his "Wallet has been stolen." Also they are gone in
four years so he can start over with new poeple to take advantage of.

According to a detective, one of Lester Chows most famous cons is seeing
a chinese person, or a person with some chinese blood, who is well dressed
on the campus, and proclaiming to them was they walk by "You are of the
imperial Lineage!" He then goes on to tell them that being the direct
lineage of the Chou Dynasty (256 BC remember), He has been taught to be
skilled in identifying others with the royal blood by their faces and body
types. He then goes on to tell them how happy he is to finally find another
of royalty, and who isn't happy to hear that an "EXPERT" who is assumed to
be a professor because of their age, sees that they are special and of
royalty. Then the work to get money comes it, blaming the dot com failure,
or the market, or enemys of the imperial family, Lester Chow convinces them
to give him money.

I have no actual evidence of this, but according to a few people on
Oahu, the belief is that Lester Chow is actually homeless & has been for two
decades. This is word of mouth through a friend of mine who took courses at
UH and did a paper on a few homeless individuals who live around the Campus.
The homeless there seem to think Lester Chow is homeless, I don't know if he
actually is, or if he finds some advantage leading them to believe this.

Finally, please do not feel that I am forcing what I learned on you.
Find out for yourself. Dealing with Lester Chow is a very frustrating
experience, because he does several things over and over:

1)

He will never anwer your questions. He will say, regardless of what the
question refers to (His Charity, His Employment, His Mistakes in his Family
Tree, His inconsistent Statements, His shady half truths, etc.) he will
always fail to actually answer it. Instead he will instead change the
subject to how 'such matters should be dealt in private' or 'You are a bad
person, how dare you ask me such questions' or 'For the safety of my
imperial family here, who has big enemys, I need to keepf rom answering.'
If you do ask him in email, as I did, he will once agian refuse to answer
any of it, and instead lecture on how people are trying to wrong him.

2)

He will announce over and over, 'I am a good person, I want to help
everyone. I do only good and proper things, nothing I am doing is illegal!

3)

He will say 'If what I am doing is illegal, I would have already been
arrested by the FBI'

4)

He will claim you are a police investigator trying to smudge his family
name.

5)

He will claim that he can't answer because of national security.

6)

He will claim that he is in constant contact with washington. (IN his
defense he is, because every day he sends messages asking for money to
pres...@whitehouse.org . Seriously, he does, that is his "international
contact". Nobody with power in America or Even hawaii knows his name).

In conclusion, Do Not Give Lester Chow Money! He is a bad bad man. His
entire philosphy is "My family was once the Imperial Family of the Chou
Dynasty in China! I should not have to work for a living."

Do not let him make you feel bad about all Charitys. Please, give to
those causes which are deserving, but always make sure it is a cause that is
big enough and well known enough that they can't scam the public. Look at
the Red Cross, because they are so big they were forced to do what the
public asked finally and give all the money to the victims. I wouldnt'
recommend the Red Cross 100% today, but they do sometimes do a lot of good.

If you have money you wish to give, and you saw Lester Chows messages,
please, do not give him money, and never give your money to anyone on Usenet
or Newsgroups. Instead, if I may recommend, give your money to United Way,
they help a lot of people here in Hawaii. They keep the money in our local
communities.

Lester Chow wants your money because he does not want to have to
actually work for food.

Excellent post James. Succinct, pithy, lucid and very, very
credible. You have posted the best characterization of what
makes our pal Lester so offensive that I have ever seen.

I am not a fraud. Normal people knowing this would wonder who are all of
these people damning me and for what reason. I certainly don't blame
anyone, if they thought this way about all of the malicious and damning
postings found in newsgroups against me.

I am a good guy and I usually never attack other people. I respect
other's posting and ideas. If I do not like someone's posting, I will
never say anything hurtful against him or her. If I do attack someone, it
is because that person had attacked me first...even then, there are many
times, when I will not say anything against another person, so as to keep
the peace.

After thorough investigation, evidence fully supports that Lester Chow is in fact the true heir apparent.
Xi Jinping himself does not deny this, yet still refuses to abdicate control of China by the CCP. As far
as can be determined, his imperial majesty does not seek charity for himself, rather offers his services
as representative of Royal Family members in the United States. Of which there no doubt are many.

I would caution that simply because someone might be considered to be a public figure, that does not
necessarily mean that one can not be sued for slander and libel.
