Ship on Fire

It is sad to note the tragic mishap on the Steel-hulled Superferry 14 in
Manila.

For many years, I have repeatedly stressed that the shipboard Fire-Fighting
Systems were not designed to function correctly or effectively at all.

To-date, the shipboard fire-fighting systems on most ocean-going vessels
and ships, cannot perform fire-fighting task during any emergency.

Many time I had offered to remedy this wrong fire-fighting system on board
vessels and ships. But it seems that all ships' owners do not wish to
rectify the system.

system for all your vessels. All I need is your Bilge, Ballast and Firemain
System design drawing. Of course, I will proof to you if the system will
failed during emergency.
