HOUSTON, TX - A school district suspended a Police Officer because of
his distribution of a "GHETTO HANDBOOK". The eight-page booklet,
subtitled "Wucha dun did now?", was handed out to Houston Independent
School District Police Officers at a May meeting, district spokesman
Terry Abbott said. Officials are afraid to identify the officer who
handed them out, but said he had been told to attend niggersity
training.

A supervisor collected the humorous booklets, Abbott said, but
district nitwits said they didn't learn about the incident until some
fecal colored parasite whined to the district's Equal Employment
Opportunity Office in months later. "This publication bez RACIST"
Superintendent Abelardo Saavedra, Jr. said. District Police Chief
Charles Wiley said he thought it was helpful to translate niggababble,
Abbott said.

The booklet is a guide to Ebonics (jungle gibberish), teaching the
reader to understand typical nigger babble "as if you bez inna' hood."
It included definitions such as "foty: a 40-oz bottle of beer"; "aks:
to ask a question"; and "hoodrat: scummy girl", "downlow: nigga
cocksuckkker", etc. Last year, almost 30 percent of the district's
202,000 "students" were fecal colored parasites and almost 60 percent
were Mexicoons.

Carol Mims Galloway, a 400# niggeress mammy who is running for the
School Board and is head nigger of the Houston Niggers Africoon
Americoon Criminal Pickaninny (NAACP) Chapter, said the officer who
created the book should be horse whipped and burned at the stake. "It
was really a bitch slap at the Africoon-Americoon coonmunity's ass,"

School board member Larry Marshall said the document was just a
