New Details in the Kobe Bryant Case
August 21, 2003
An Iowa man was taken into custody by the FBI and charged with
threatening the life of Kobe's accuser.
Authorities say the suspect phoned the 19-year-old and said he would
assault her with a coat hanger and kill her. There's also an explosive
report out that Kobe's camp is trying strike a multimillion-dollar deal
with the accuser.
Is a Kobe cash deal in the works?
According to a new published report, Bryant's reps are offering the
alleged victim huge money, five million dollars, to make the sexual
assault charge go away.
The report claims Kobe's team has been engaged in top secret negotiations
with representatives for the accuser. The attorney for the 19-year-old's
family isn't talking to the media and neither are Kobe's lawyers.
However, if the teenager did accept money from Bryant, it wouldn't end
the criminal case. But prosecutors would have a difficult time moving
forward because it's crucial in rapes cases that alleged victim's assist
prosecutors.
"If she accepts the money and then she tells prosecution she's not going
to testify, the case is over. You can't make a case without her."
Steve Sitkoff is a criminal defense lawyer. He says there's nothing
illegal about Kobe's camp offering a cash settlement, but they can't tell
her to changer her story or tell her not to testimony; that would be
illegal.
"It certainly would be illegal for them to say, 糎e'll give you $5
million if you drop charges against Kobe. But that's not going to happen.
What they're going to say is we would like to offer money to resolve this
case and resolve this issue."
At this point, it's unknown if the alleged victim and her family are
interested in Kobe's cash. As "CJ" reported early on in the case, her
friends claim she didn't want Kobe's money; she only wanted him to go to
jail.
Either way, Sitkoff says it *doesn't look good for Kobe*. He says,
"Common sense tells you that if Kobe Bryant offers this woman money in
order to make case go away, it makes him look like guilty makes him look
like he's trying to buy his way out of a case."
Also on Thursday, the judge ruled that the arrest warrant in the case
could be unsealed, although he's giving lawyers 15 days to appeal. But
the judge also ruled the search warrant, which includes any medical
testing, must remain under wraps.

the charges proven false in a court of law (negroes call them lawcourts),
and have his name cleared by a jury, and have his accuser shown to be lying.

considering the physical and circumstantial evidence before charging him
with felony sexual assault. They wouldn't waste their time and money if
they didn't have compelling evidence of his guilt.

Rodney King fled from police. I saw the video dozens of times. Rodney
King kept getting up, and the cops kept hitting him. If the cops wanted
to, they could have jumped on Rodney and cuffed him. But they felt like
beating him.
Abuse of power? Perhaps. Regardless, Rodney kept trying to get up.
Look at his record since then. How many more times has he been arrested?
The hung jury in the recent case--the cop claims that the kid squeezed
his testicles. Either way, the kid was resisting arrest--and that is
grounds for the use of force.
It is *illegal* to resist arrest. It is *illegal* to flee from police.
If you resist and get your ass kicked--you deserve it. If you run from
the cops and get shot in the back--you deserve it.
Without such harsh treatment of resisters and those who flee, their is no
fear of cops--and the *entire* system breaks down. If cops call off all
pursuits, each and *every* criminal will just run because they know they
can get away with it. Do you not see how the system breaks down?

Anyway, there are no parallels between the strength of the evidence in
the OJ case and Robert Blake. OJ--blood evidence in his vehicle, bloody
glove on his property, bloody footprints matching his shoes.
Robert Blake--all the hard evidence they have is his asking stuntmen to
kill his wife. By the way, Marlon Brando's son also had an affair with
her, and the Blake defense is arguing that Brando also talked to stuntmen
about having her killed.

That's right. Practically all those involved in the sciences and in
medicine are white--very few blacks. Hell, you people spread 100%
preventable diseases like it's going out of style. You cannot even feed,
govern, educate, or support yourselves.
Look at Africa. Look at Haiti. Look at *any* black population in any
major city. What do you see? Crime. Laziness, stupidity, welfare

There are very few hard working middle class blacks. Most are lazy,

According to what I have read, 20,000 white women are raped by black men
