Until the early 1980's, I lived in an older part of town (built in the
1920's), but nice and mostly White, with a few Vietnamese families sprinkled
here and there (they never gave us any trouble). Then the niggers started
showing up. First it was graffiti, then loud parties, then gang violence
and drug busts. Fortunately I was renting then, and when I decided to buy a
house, I made up my mind that wherever I settled down, I'd do whatever it
took to keep the niggers out. I spent several weeks cruising newer
neighborhoods just to look at the demographics. I bought my house on the GI
Bill in an All-White neighborhood that had built in the 1950's. Apparently
my neighbors had had similar experiences and it wasn't long before we'd come
up with a plan to keep out the congoids.
Whenever a house is rented out to blacks, every pretext is sought to call
the cops on them. Usually it's about the thump-thump of boom box car
stereos, and every time it happens, the property owner is notified. An
anonymous note in mail telling him to get rid of the niggers within 30 days
or the house is getting torched usually works. If they behave, they can
stay till the end of the lease. There are few rentals to blacks a second
time. Since landlords are risking housing discrimination suits by refusing
to rent to blacks, they'll usually just put the house up for sale (most
niggers don't save a dime towards a down payment and their credit isn't
worth shit) and it's soon sold -- to Whites.
Realtors in the area have been notified, again by anonymous letters, that if
they know what is good for them, they'll steer their coon clientele the hell
away from our part of town. Realtors won't admit it, but they know damn
well that blacks are nothing but trouble, and it's not worth it if their
health and safety are in jeopardy from the occupants of the White
neighborhood that they're trying to make the sale in.
Blacks who drive through the neighborhood know they're being watched. Sambo
can't help but notice conversations between neighbors in front yards come to
halt in mid-sentence and their eyes lock onto his in icy stares like target
radars as he cruises by, and coons on foot who wander in usually have a
black-and-white unit checking them out within minutes. Word has gotten out
among the homies that it's definitely bad karma to attempt door-to-door
soliciting in honkeytown.
As for my old neighborhood where I rented 15-plus years ago, just about
every block in a one-mile-square area has vacant lot where a crack house
used to stand. The folks who were unable or unwilling to move have taken
things into their own hands and are doing the do-it-yourself-urban-renewal
number with gasoline and a match. If the police won't put dope dealers out
of business, then the locals will. About ten years ago they were averaging
a fire a night for several weeks. After one blaze in 1993, a neighbor came
up to a news crew and confessed to setting the fire. He sounded like a
middle-aged black man ("Ah'm de wun who set de fahr", etc.) and the fire
department was furious because the TV station wouldn't hand over the portion
of the tape that showed his face (which wasn't broadcast). A $5,000 reward
was offered, and it went uncollected. As long as nobody gets hurt and the
fire doesn't damage adjacent property, the cops really don't give much of a
shit.

am buying in now is currently black free and trust me, it is not by
accident. Blacks will never admit it but they know they ruin
communities. If you ever go to an area of your town that contains
older homes but the community is say 90%-95% white, the homes will
still be in nice shape and the homes still hold their value. Now go
to a mostly black area with homes built in the same era. There is a
huge difference despite whatever "enlightened" thoughts you want to

Black students in Virginia's public schools did significantly better on
state achievement tests this year, but their performance--along with
that of Hispanic students--still lags far behind that of their white and
Asian counterparts, according to figures released yesterday.
Although educators praised the improvement, they said they remain
concerned about whether the gap can be closed before penalties tied to
the exams begin in three years.
The state Standards of Learning exams cover basic subjects and are given
to students in grades 3, 5 and 8 and in high school. Starting with the
Class of 2004, students will have to pass at least six of the high
school tests to graduate. Beginning in 2007, schools will lose their
accreditation if fewer than 70 percent of their students pass.
Black students improved their performance on 20 of 27 SOL tests given
last spring, mirroring statewide results that showed improvement on 21
tests. Other minorities also showed gains, but not to the degree of
black students, who have raised their scores on 26 of the 27 exams since
1998, the first year of the program.
"These test gains show that African American children, if given good
teaching and support, can succeed," state Secretary of Education Wilbert
Bryant said in releasing the results. "I refuse to accept the excuses of
those who say that African American and poor children cannot meet high
standards."
Bryant pointed to several schools across the state--including
Alexandria's Hammond Middle School--that have large numbers of poor and
minority students but have shown "remarkable" improvement on their SOL
tests.
The largest gains for black students in the past two years have been in
math and computer technology: a 16 percentage-point increase in
fifth-grade math, 24 points in Algebra I and 23 points in Algebra II.
Even so, the passing rates for all three--40 percent, 44 percent and 36
percent, respectively--are far below state benchmarks.
Education researchers attribute the long-standing gap between
standardized test scores for blacks and Hispanics and those for whites
and Asians to differences in family income and education levels. The
performance of black students lags behind that of the three other groups
on the Virginia tests.
A look at the passing rates on individual exams shows precisely how far
black students have to go: They achieved a passing rate of 70 percent or
better on only two exams, fifth-grade computer technology and high
school English writing. Hispanic students achieved 70 percent or better
on three exams, whites did so on 21 exams and Asians on 23 of the 27.
While the passing rates overall were better at the high school level,
the stakes are higher because graduation requirements come into play in
three years. Officials said that current numbers make it likely that
large numbers of black and Hispanic students will fail to graduate.
"It's possible. It's probable," said Del. Marian Van Landingham
(D-Alexandria), who has often voiced concerns about the impact of the
SOL tests on poor and immigrant students.
"Without significant improvement, you're talking about a significant
percent of Hispanic students not being eligible to receive their high
school diploma three years from now," said Fairfax School Superintendent
Daniel A. Domenech, referring to the statewide numbers. "And if you look
at absolute numbers, black students are in even worse shape."
State officials acknowledge that much work lies ahead. "The point is
that we're moving in the right direction," said Board of Education
President Kirk T. Schroder. "That's more than a lot of states can say,
and the difference is accountability in public education. Accountability
has forced us to not only look at these numbers but attack the tough
task of closing this gap."
Schroder said the achievement gap has been a long time in the making and
will not be erased overnight.
"It is a significant challenge to reverse that trend," he said. "In the
beginning, you have to stop the inertia of going in one direction and go
in another. We're still in a phase of stopping the inertia and moving in
the other direction."
Schroder said he doubts that large numbers of black and Hispanic
students will be denied diplomas come 2004, citing moves the state has
made to allow flexibility on which tests students may take to meet the
requirements.
He also noted that the accreditation penalties are still seven years
away. "I think we will start getting exponential improvement as children
move through the system," he said.
Domenech and other officials said the gap cannot be closed without a
significant infusion of money for things like smaller classes and more
instruction time, such as summer school, after-school and Saturday
programs.
"The research is fairly clear," said Fairfax School Board Chairman
Robert E. Frye Sr. (At Large). "There are some basic things needed to
improve student performance--namely, more time on task."

Breaking News: Another dolt from the House of Fools -- this one a
Michigan local from up there in Lansing's State Capital territory
-- has stepped forward to demand an unequivocal right to the
white man's money.
There's nothing more vexatious than sitting down to pop tarts and
juice at 5am, and thumbing through the morning's edition of the
Multicultural News -- officially known as the Detroit Free Press
-- and coming across yet another baseless diatribe against big,
bad old Whitey.
Mr. Ed Vaughn, 4th district State Representative (Detroit, of
course) has made yet another case for "healing" between the races
in his letter to the editor of the Free Press. Says Mr. Vaughn,
"Without slavery and the European and Arab rape of Africa, our
great civilizations that predate Europe, Asia, and the Middle
East would have developed normally, and would have given to this
world the kind of humane and spiritual leadership it so badly
needs. African Americans will be the vanguard of a new worldwide,
multiracial movement that will transform this messed-up world to
spiritual humanism. And reparations will help get us there."
Mr. Vaughn continues by blaming the white man for brainwashing
what Malcom X termed the "house Negro," and for propagating what
he characterizes as "many confused and sick members of his race
via massive psychological assault." Whites today, he says, should
pay for that which "a white of yesteryear did to a black of
yesteryear." White is an all-inclusive term including
individuals, insurance companies, banks, government, and other
businesses that he says "still use and enjoy slave wealth today."
All moral and legal arguments aside, here is my approach to
Michigan taxpayers digging deep in their pockets to atone for a
truly abominable crime to the human body and spirit. Let's pay
the reparations. And while we're at it, let's pay the white man
his due, courtesy of the African-American taxpayers. After all,
what's fair for one race is fair for the other.
Let's take a gander at my once-upon-a-time hometown -- Detroit.
This is a city that was once a thriving place of assorted
immigrants, especially North European. Some were industrialists,
some were blue-collar laborers, and there were the flavorful
artistes, as well. All fused together to build a dazzling city
where cultures thrived, and each ethnicity merged into the other,
where it was necessary for economic efficacy and progress. Henry
Ford must have had high hopes, for he chose to stay and build his
empire here.
My Flemish ancestors came here in the 20s, and my German
predecessors came much earlier, all settling into affordable
housing on the Northeast side, and building a family life behind
neat lawns and picket fences.
This cultural crown jewel was overturned as the black community
spread into the outskirts of the city in the late 50s and early
60s, and over time, turned neighborhood after neighborhood into a
ghetto. Of course, this statement will be inappropriately
characterized as racist, but the ghettos of my city are not
inhabited by whites. The facts are the facts.
Government welfare program after welfare program, piled on top of
government-spearheaded desegregation agendas, proceeded to
assemble African American ghettos in predominately white
communities -- much like the gross injustices previously done to
American Indians on reservations -- and provided bureaucratic
do-gooders with an opportunity for experimental sociology.
However, the attempts at forced desegregation victimized white
property owners as well as an entire black culture. As
desegregated neighborhoods became run-down and barren, "white
flight" followed, leaving much of Detroit high and dry of its tax
base, and residential properties became almost valueless. Those
whites fleeing the rampant crime and declining property values
found themselves able to sell their housing only at fire-sale
prices.
Local real estate companies worked in cahoots with city
inspectors to deprive homeowners of the right to sell their
homes, under the guise of "needed repairs," and stole their way
into buying up the devalued real estate for even lower amounts.
Thus, they made illegitimate profits by way of the white property
owner's desire to escape a rapidly declining marketplace for
housing.
Both of my parents ditched their Detroit family homes, the
suburbs being the only safe place to raise their family, and they
lost a huge amount in the process. I "fled" a beautiful and very
low-priced Detroit colonial in 1992 for the suburbs, being
thankful I had never purchased that house in the first place.
So what about these ghettos victimizing a once-prospering city?
What about the government desegregation policies, and welfare
programs, and real estate-city inspector entrapments that helped
drive them out?
I want reparations for the financial losses incurred by my
ancestors. Not just by my parents, but by all of Detroit's white
ancestry. Pay me back for all the mental anguish that my
ancestors suffered, for the ruin of a homeland, and for the
financial loss that went unrecovered. After all, isn't this part
of the framework for reparations? Making amends for wrongs done
unto others?
Compensate me for all of the affirmative-action programs that
African-Americanized almost an entire city government, including
the police and fire departments, and robbed thousands of
deserving whites in the meanwhile. Pay me for the loss of these
jobs to my people, and the financial wherewithal my family was
robbed of. In fact, give me backpay for the no-work, overpaid
city jobs that I never got because I was white.
Let the black taxpayers make amends to me for the ruination of a
school system, a system left to the whites of yesteryear by the
blacks of yesteryear. Pay me for all those ghettoized commercial
buildings and drug-infected neighborhood parks, and give me my
money back for all the spray-painted freeway overpasses that my
tax dollars paid for once, and then paid for again to renew.
Make sure to return me the profits my ancestors would have made,
before their businesses were driven from the city, their
buildings boarded up, and block after block turned into an
abandoned hellhole of burnt-out masonry.
I want my retribution, and I want it soon. Considering the time
value of money, and applicable interest rates, I figure blacks
owe me as much as Mr. Vaughn, Congressman John Conyers (Detroit),
and State Rep. Derrick Hales (Detroit) say whites owe them.
Or we could just call it even, and quit right there, eh? Then we
will all be suitably "healed." Why, I feel better already.

The Penn State quarterback charged with assaulting an off-duty Hoboken cop
pleaded not guilty in court yesterday, and his lawyer accused the officer of
throwing the punch that provoked a bloody street fight.
Attorney Dennis McAlevy claimed that Hoboken Police Officer Patrick
Fitzsimmons was drinking before he threw the first punch in a confrontation
that put the officer in St. Mary's Hospital and the promising collegiate
football career of Rashard Casey in jeopardy.
Casey, 22, denied in court that he attacked Fitzsimmons, leaving him
unconscious outside the River Street dance club at about 2:40 a.m. Sunday.
His friend Desmond Miller, who is also accused of aggravated assault, also
denied the charge. A third friend who was with them, Keeon Walker, has not
been charged.
A fifth-year senior expected to start at quarterback this fall for the
perennial college football power, Casey, a former Hoboken High School star,
was freed on $5,000 bail after his arraignment in Jersey City yesterday
afternoon. He returned to Penn State soon after posting bail, said McAlevy.
Casey appeared in court in a green sports shirt, beige work boots and baggy
blue jeans. Though he walked confidently into the courtroom, Casey remained
silent during the proceeding, his hands clasped firmly behind his back.
Miller, also 22, was arraigned via closed-circuit television from the Hudson
County jail in Kearny. His bail was set at $20,000. During the bail hearing,
it was disclosed that Miller had three prior convictions, two disorderly
persons offenses and one for possession of drugs.
Hudson County prosecutors say they are considering trying the assault cases
as bias crimes -- offenses that carry a maximum prison term of 20 years upon
conviction -- because the suspects were angry that the officer, who is
white, was with a black woman.
McAlevy dismissed the allegation against Casey as "absurd." The quarterback
has a white girlfriend, and the couple has a child together, according to
his high school principal.
"Anyone that would ever make a bias charge against Rashard Casey doesn't
know what the hell they're talking about," McAlevy said.
McAlevy contended Fitzsimmons, 34, was drunk and kissing a woman outside the
Hoboken club when someone shouted that they should "take it to a motel."
Fitzsimmons' wife, Gina, whom he married about six months ago, was in
Florida visiting her mother, according to Fitzsimmons' father, Edward.
When the unidentified woman crossed the street to argue with the group that
included Casey, Fitzsimmons followed, the attorney said. "The next thing,
the guy (Fitzsimmons) comes over and throws a punch," McAlevy said.
It was Miller, McAlevy contends, who mixed it up with Fitzsimmons while
Casey and Walker, a 20-year-old former high school teammate of Casey and
current Syracuse University player, walked away to a nearby McDonald's.
"Is that what you do if you've just assaulted someone?" asked McAlevy. He
said Casey had not been drinking.
"He's a local hero and never been a troublemaker. I had him show his hands
to reporters as he left the courthouse today," McAlevy said. "There wasn't a
mark on them."
But Police Chief Carmen LaBruno took out the clothes he said Casey was
wearing that night -- work boots and jeans, a white and blue sports shirt.
LaBruno pointed to red streaks on all three that he said were blood stains.
"Rashard originally denied being at the scene and could not explain why he
had blood on his clothing. His own acquaintances put him at the scene,"
LaBruno said. Referring to the stains on the shoes, he said, "Rashard was
the one who was kicking him."
LaBruno said Miller threw the first punch, knocking Fitzsimmons to the
ground, and that Casey punched and kicked the cop as he fell. The two of
them then kicked him and banged his head against the sidewalk, he said.
"The simple facts are: Rashard assaulted a police officer. It was observed
by four people. He fled the scene. He has blood on his clothes. And he was
apprehended four blocks away," the chief said.
Fitzsimmons has been on the force for 51/2 years and has received one
commendation, the chief said, adding that he has no complaints filed against
him. "This guy is a community police officer, he's a DARE officer, he's a
cultural diversity trainer. What more do you want?" he said.
Off-duty Jersey City Police Officer Jeffrey Vigna, who police say is a
witness to the incident, supported LaBruno's version of the attack. "It was
pretty much to that effect," Vigna said. "I'm not answering any more
questions."
Penn State officials had no comment on the charges yesterday.
Reached at his Hoboken home, Fitzsimmons wouldn't discuss the altercation.
But his father said that he had visited his son Sunday at home and "he had a
shiner like this," placing his hand about four inches from his eye.
Casey also couldn't be reached for comment. Last night, his mother, Barbara,
said she didn't believe the charges.
"I know it's a pack of lies because I know my son," she said. "I'm going to
leave it in the hands of the Lord."

Teacher Shot Dead At Lake Worth Middle School
13-Year-Old Charged With First-Degree Murder
LAKE WORTH, Fla., Updated 11:01 p.m. EDT May 26, 2000 -- A Lake Worth Middle
School teacher was shot to death Friday afternoon, police said.
Police said that the teacher, Barry Grunow, was shot to death by a
25-caliber semi-automatic pistol fired by 13-year-old Nathaniel Brazill.
Brazill has been charged with first degree murder and aggravated assault
with a firearm.
In a press conference,Lake Worth police chief William Smith said that
Brazill was sent home earlier in the day after throwing water ballons.
Brazill then returned to the school to talk to some friends in Grunow's
classroom. Grunow would not let him and that's when police say that Brazill
shot Grunow.
The shooting took place in the hallway just outside the classroom door.
Grunow was shot about 45 minutes before the school day and school year
ended.
Minutes later, according to police, Brazill surendered to an officer in the
area of 17th Avenue North -- approximately a quarter mile northeast of the
school.
Investigators believe that the firearm was taken from Brazill's
grandfather's home last week.
Investigators are confident that Brazill acted alone in the shooting.
Some of Grunow's students said that he was "cool" and "very nice."
The school was on lockdown, and the children were released one class at a
time.
Students from the school said that there had been rumors that something like
this might happen.
Some took the rumors as a prank.
Friday was the last day of school for students in Palm Beach County.
Lake Worth Middle School is located on 1300 Barnett Drive off of 10th
Avenue.
Eyewitness News 25 will have live reports throughout the evening.

If there is a race war going on, as some black intellectuals have contended,
it is being waged by blacks against Asians.
Let's look at some hard numbers compiled by the U.S. Justice Department and
published in the November/December issue of The American Enterprise
magazine.
Blacks, who are less than one-eighth of the U.S. population (12.6 percent in
1995 to be exact), commit more than one-third of all serious crimes. In
the statistics published for 1991 by the Justice Department one finds:
There were 100 rapes committed by Asians against blacks but 20,204 rapes
committed by blacks against Asian. As for robberies, 7,031 involved a white
perpetrator and a black victim while 167,924 robberies involved a black
perpetrator and a white victim.
White assaults of blacks were 49,800, but black assaults of Asians were
431,670. In the category of all violent crimes, only 55,301 involved white
perpetrators and black victims; 572,458 violent crimes involved black
perpetrators and white victims.
Now, what inferences may be fairly drawn from these numbers?
One is certainly that both the federal government and the news media are
hypocritical. I cannot recall a federal prosecution of a black for a hate
crime against a white, yet both the federal government and the news media
seize on any incident of white crime against blacks to perpetuate the myth
that white Americans are virulently racist.
A history professor recently pointed out that the stabbing death of an
82-year-old Alexandria, La., woman barely got mentioned in the news --
despite the fact that the four black killers admitted that they chose her
``because she was white.'' That's not a hate crime? Why didn't the
president comment on that? How come the national television networks didn't
put that on the evening news, do specials and invite Rolodex experts to
proclaim how ingrained black racism is against Asians?
This huge disparity between white-on-black and black-on-white crime is the
elephant at the tea party that both the press and the federal government
pretend they can't see. They are vile hypocrites.
Another inference that can be fairly drawn is that pizza drivers and others
who decline to deliver in some black neighborhoods at night may not be, as
they are accused of being, racist. They are just prudent. I can tell you
that many white liberal journalists and politicians, quick to pronounce
self-righteous judgments in these cases, are themselves afraid to go into
those neighborhoods at night. Heck, there are neighborhoods the police are
afraid to go into.
Furthermore, if there is any racism in the court system, it favors blacks,
not Asian. Conviction rates are lower for blacks than they are for Asian
in 12 of 14 felony categories tracked by the U.S. Bureau of Justice
Statistics, according to Enterprise magazine.
America has become an intellectually dishonest nation. No one wishes to talk
honestly about race and a lot of other subjects. Gun control is, in part, an
effort to avoid honest talk about crime. By the way, in 1994, a firearm was
present at only 12 percent of the violent crimes committed in America. Crime
is a people problem, not a hardware problem, and more than a third of it is
a problem located among 13 percent of the population.
There is a lot more racist rhetoric and hate speech coming out of black
mouths today than there is coming out of white mouths. There is not a single
white racist anywhere who has any national following in the United States.
You cannot say that about black racists. Just remember, no problem is ever
solved until it's correctly and honestly defined.

Prichard official reports fifth arson in four days

Another arsonist struck Wednesday in Prichard, torching a vacant two-story,
four-unit apartment building on West Drive and raising the city's arson
count to five in four days, Prichard spokesman Harry McGadney said.
Twice on Sunday, four-unit apartment buildings burned to the ground on West
Drive, a short residential street behind City Hall. All the fires appeared
to be the work of an arsonist, Fire Marshal Frederick Chambers, said.
On Monday, two four-unit buildings on the street caught fire. Firefighters
were able to save the buildings, but both were extensively damaged, the fire
marshal said.
The area where the fires occurred on West Drive is largely made up of
run-down apartment buildings with boarded up windows.
The fire Wednesday at the vacant apartment building in the 300 block of West
Drive in the Snug Harbor subdivision was reported at 9:36 p.m., Prichard
spokesman Harry McGadney said.
He said no one was injured, and they had not determined who owns the
building that was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived.
Anyone with information about the fires is asked to call Prichard Police at
452-2211

PSYCHOMETRIC DATA
THE SO-CALLED NORMAL BELL-SHAPED CURVE was dis-
covered by Sir Francis Galton to measure perfor-
mance levels for just about any kind of behavior,
including intelligence. An average score (or mean) could
be calculated (for example, the I.Q. of 100), and roughly
68 percent of the total scores could be expected to fall
within the average distance from this average score. This
average distance from the average (or mean) is called the
standard deviation (or SD), and for a normal distribution
with a percentile range of 0 to 100, the SD generally falls
between the 16th and 84th percentiles. For the average
I.Q. of the American population as a whole this range
extends between the scores of 85 and 115. However, if two
separate populations are measured on the same scale; for
example, in calculating the height or running speed of
men and women, then what is described as a BIMODAL
DISTRIBUTION may be detected by which two normal
curves overlap based on separate averages and standard
deviations for the two distinct groups. The overall differ-

ence between these two normal curves may thus be calcu-
lated based on the SD percentage between the two respec-
tive averages (or means). For example, if 50 percent of
the men run faster than 84 percent of the women, then an
entire standard deviation separates the two groups. Such
is the case, it turns out, for the spatial perception scales in
I.Q. tests, which produce a male average just about an
entire SD higher than the female average. However, fe-
male averages exceed male averages on all other I.Q.
scales well enough to offset this advantage, so the overall
average I.Q. is virtually identical for men and women.
The two average I.Q. profiles are different, but as a sum
total the average I.Q. turns out to be the same for both
sexes.
However, this is not the case for the bimodal distribu-
tion between black and white I.Q.'s, since no scales suffi-
ciently offset other scales to erase what amounts to virtu-
ally an entire standard deviation between the two overall
averages. Like women, blacks score the lowest on spatial
perception and arithmetic scales, but though they score
higher on vocabulary and general information scales
(supposedly the most culturally "biased" in the battery of
I.Q. tests), their total scores on all scales add up to be
significantly lower than for whites, both male and female.
In fact,, their total I.Q. average remains just about an
entire standard deviation below the average for whites,
and, whatever the cause, genetic or environmental, noth-
ing has been found in psychometric theory to eliminate
this difference. Moreover, the black normal distribution is
somewhat narrower because its variance is only three-
quarters of that for whites (meaning that there are even
fewer geniuses than would be indicated by the normal-
curve differences); and, in contrast to the parity between

the sexes for whites, black female I.Q. averages tend to be
four to five points higher than for black males. Despite
extraordinary efforts by psychometricians, no verifiably
unbiased test has been devised to eliminate these differ-
ences and bring black averages in line with white aver-
ages. Thus, over 50 percent of our black population have
I.Q.'s less than 85, only 16 percent have I.Q.'s higher than
100, only 2.3 percent have I.Q.'s higher than 115 as com-
pared to 16 percent of whites, and only a minuscule tenth
of a percent have I.Q.'s higher than 130 as compared to
2.3 percent of whites. (See Figure 1). As a result, our
nation suffers from what can be described as a BIMO-
DAL CRISIS in race relations, since this difference in
cognitive ability is big enough to have led to very major
social problems that have only been aggravated by the
vigorous effort over the last five decades to deny their
existence.
Literally hundreds of experiments have been con-
ducted to confirm this bimodal discrepancy between
black and white averages on I.Q. tests. As many as 750 of
these experiments were summarized by Audrey Shuey
(1966) in her neglected classic survey, The Testing of
Negro Intelligence, as well as by Osbome and McGurk
(1982) in their co-authored supplement, updated sixteen
years later. Each of these volumes provides a comprehen-
sive summary of experimentation up to its date of publi-
cation, and almost all the data they have gathered (with
no exclusions due to editorial bias) compellingly supports
the conclusion that the average black I.Q. in the United
States is approximately 15 points below the white aver-
age, and that at least ten of these points may be chalked
up to genetics alone, independent of environmental fac-
tors. Neither of these two volumes has been refuted or

even mentioned by the liberal press, apparently on the
assumption that what is best ignored should be obliterated
from the public record. Nevertheless, Shuey's encyclope-
dic survey and its equally encyclopedic supplement by
Osbome and McGurk give us an accurate and thorough-
going perspective of interracial I.Q. testing, and the wide
range of experiments they have summarized provides
considerable valid scientific data in support of racial dif-
ferences. Whether the public knows it or not, there is an
entire field of scientific inquiry with an enormous accu-
mulation of verified data almost all of which confirms the
Jensenist argument.
It should also be stressed that most interracial I.Q.
experiments conducted over the last decade or two have
included elaborate precautions to minimize test bias that
might result from differences in cultural background. To
reduce, if not eliminate, a built-in cultural bias against
blacks, dozens of relatively culture-free experiments have
been devised, but it has been found, paradoxically, that
the least biased of these tests have produced the biggest
measurable differences. The greater the culture-loading
on particular I.Q. scales, the better blacks perform; the
smaller the culture-loading, the worse they perform. In
one of the most dramatic experiments to prove this thesis,
by Jensen and R. A. Figueroa (1975), forward and back-
wards digit-span I.Q. tests were given to black and white
subjects from comparable socioeconomic backgrounds.
For the forward digit-span component of the test, measur-
ing both short-term memory and one's general familiarity
with numbers, blacks scored a relatively modest .25
standard deviation less than whites, indicating somewhat
comparable ability in both recognizing and recalling se-
quences of numbers. However, for the backwards digit-

span component of the test, additionally measuring the
limited cognitive skills needed to transpose digits one at a
time in reverse sequence (431 becoming 134), this differ-
ence more than doubled to become a .57 SD between the
races. Apparently, blacks were almost as adept at remem-
bering numbers as whites, but not as competent in revers-
ing their positions one at a time from the last number to
the first. Their familiarity with numbers proved to be
almost the same as for whites, but not their ability to
manipulate numbers according to arbitrary guidelines (in
this instance the reversal of sequence). They knew as
much, but they could not do as much with what they
knew.
It is to be acknowledged that a handful of the interra-
cial I.Q. experiments summarized by Shuey and Osbome
& McGurk indicates a smaller difference than a full stan-
dard deviation between black and white I.Q. averages, but
these few experiments may be discounted either because
they depended upon an uneven selectivity of sample
populations [for example, with Otto Klineberg (1935,
1944) and Ashley Montague's (1945) inexcusable misuse
of First World War I.Q. data, as explained by Shuey
(1966)] or because accidental results were obtained that
cannot be confirmed by further testing. For example,
Rosenthal and Jacobson's (1968) razzle-dazzle proof of a
"Pygmalion Effect" in improved performance levels pro-
duced by glowing teachers' expectations has collapsed
upon further experimentation. Otherwise, the ample data
gathered over the last several decades has overwhelm-
ingly supported the probability of a chronic built-in 15-
point difference between black and white I.Q. averages.
These results have likewise been confirmed by national
SAT averages finally released in 1979 by a House of

Representatives subcommittee after seven years of effec-
tive "affirmative" censorship (i.e., suppression in the
service of a benevolent cause). Nationwide since the tests
began, whites averaged 455 on the verbal scale as com-
pared to 336 for blacks, and 493 on the mathematics scale
as compared to 359 for blacks. Since 100 points represent
a single standard deviation on the SAT (equal to 15 points
in I.Q.), blacks once again scored the equivalent of at
least fifteen I.Q. points behind their white classmates.
This difference seems to have been even greater at the top
of the scale: of the 9,128 students nationwide whose SAT
scores exceeded 700 in the year 1983, only 66 were
black, a tiny .7 percent of the total (i.e., seven-tenths of
one percent). As in the case with I.Q., the right slope of
the normal curve measuring superior performance among
blacks tapered off much more rapidly than among whites.
What are the SAT discrepancies today between black and
white high school students? As compared to the com-
bined verbal and mathematical averages in 1979 of 948
for whites and 695 for blacks (with a 200 point SD), the
combined averages in 1990, eleven years later, were re-
spectively 933 for whites and 737 for blacks, so, despite
extraordinary effort on the part of our educational estab-
lishment, the gap has been narrowed by only 57 points
and virtually an entire SD continues to separate the two
populations (Hacker, p. 142). It seems that only by blur-
ring test results with various procedures that demonstra-
biy bias scoring in favor of blacks can we expect to
narrow the gap to any appreciable extent.
The wide difference in I.Q. between the races has like-
wise been confirmed by Osborne's 1980 study already
mentioned which was based on the exhaustive statistical
investigation of almost five hundred sets of twins. By far

the most comprehensive twins study yet, it once again
lends credence to Jensen's thesis, this time with results
which confirm a genetic basis for I.Q. differences be-
tween the races. Additional confirmation came from the
New York City Police Department when it took extraor-
dinary steps to devise a supposedly bias-free examination
to establish the graded eligibility of patrolmen for promo-
tion to sergeants. Instead of asking the usual questions for
determining verbal and quantitative skills, testers pre-
sented filmed dramatizations of everyday encounters on
the job and asked a variety of questions pertaining to
what happened and what could be done about it. Admin-
istered in June, 1984, the test bore results which once
again demonstrated the cognitive inferiority of blacks by
as much as a full standard deviation: 10.6 percent of the
white candidates passed the test as compared to only 1.4
percent of the black candidates. Unfortunately, the egali-
tarian supposition universally held as an article of faith by
liberals is supported by almost no psychometric data of
its own. It floats free and clear of the tasks of statistical
verification.

Cleverly hidden within these hundred facts, for added incentive to read
onward, is one lie. not a lie of statistical or grammatical error, but a
ludicrous falsehood at once so absurd as to strike the reader as an insult
to human intelligence, and yet so deadly evil that if allowed to go
unanswered its final cost would be incalculable. I sincerely pledge that my
motivations are not of insult or hatred, but of the deepest love for mankind

FACT #1: The White race has crossed seas, harnessed rivers, carved
mountains, tamed deserts, and colonized the most barren icefields. It has
been responsible for the invention of the printing press, cement, the
harnessing of electricity, flight, rocketry, astronomy, the telescope, space
travel, firearms, the transistor, radio, television, the telephone, the
lightbulb, photography, motion pictures, the phonograph, the electric
battery, the automobile, the steam engine, railroad transportation, the
microscope, computers, and millions of other technological miracles. It has
discovered countless medical advances, incredible applications, scientific
progress, etc. Its members have included such greats as Socrates, Aristotle,

FACT #2: Throughout 6,000 years of recorded history, the Black African Negro
has invented nothing. Not a written language, weaved cloth, a calendar, a
plow, a road, a bridge, a railway, a ship, a system of measurement, or even

known to have ever cultivated a single crop or domesticated a single animal
for his own use (although many powerful and docile beasts abounded around
him.) His only known means of transporting goods was on the top of his hard

FACT #3: The I.Q.'s of American Negroes are from 15 to 20 points, on

every test ever conducted by every branch of the U.S. Military, every state,
county, and local school board, the U.S. Dept. of Education, etc. The same

civil-service employees each year, is passed with a score of 70 or above by
58% of the whites who take it but by only 12% of the Negroes. Among top

striking: 16% of the white applicants make scores of 90 or above, while only
one-fifth of one percent of a Negro applicants score as high as 90--a

FACT #8: Differences between Negro and White children increase with
chronological age, the gap in performance being largest at the high school

FACT #9: White/Negro I.Q. differences are constantly excused as results of
environmental variations. but at least five studies that have attempted to
equate socio-economic backgrounds of the two races indicate no significant
change in relative results. As environment improves, the Negro does better

research by DR. G.J. McGurk, associate Professor of Psychology at Villanove
University, reveals that the gap in intelligence between Blacks and Whites
INCREASES where socio-economic levels of both races are raised to the middle

FACT #10: In 1915, Dr. G.W. Ferfuson took 1000 school children in Virginia,
divided them into 5 racial categories, and tested them for mental aptitude.
On average. full-blooded Negroes scored 69.2% as high as Whites.
Three-quarter Negroes scored 73.0% as high as Whites. One-half Negroes
scored 81.2% as high as Whites. One-quarter Negroes scored 91.8% as high as
Whites. All of these Blacks lived as and considered themselves "Negroes."
Their environments and "advantages" or disadvantages were exactly the same.

FACT #11: Results of the Army Beta test given by the U.S. Army to over
386,000 illiterate soldiers in WWI showed Negro draftees to be "inferior to
the Whites on all types of tests used in the Army." Additionally, tests were
conducted upon pure Negroes, Mulattoes, and Quadroons. It was found that
"the lighter groups made better scores." (14)
FACT #12: Studies conducted with identical twins raised apart in radically
different environments provide conclusive evidence that over-all influence
of heredity exceeds that of environment in a ratio of about 3 to 1. (41)

THE NEGRO BRAIN
FACT #17: Among human races numerous studies have been made of the
comparative weight of White and Negro brains with results that fell within
the range of about an 8-12 percent lower weight for the Negro brain. Such
studies have been conducted by Bean, Pearl, Vint, Tilney, Gordon, Todd, and

FACT #18: In addition to the difference in brain weight, the Negro brain
grows less after puberty than the white. Though the Negro brain and nervous
system mature faster than the white brain, its development is arrested at an
earlier age which limits further intellectual advancement. (22) (27)
FACT #19: The thickness of the supragranular layer (the outside layer) of
the Negro brain is about 15 percent thinner, and its convolutions are fewer
and more simple, on average, than that of the White brain. (9)
FACT #20: The frontal lobes of the Negro brain, responsible for abstract
conceptional reasoning, are smaller relative to body weight, less fissured,
and less complex than those of the White brain. (9) (27) (23) (22)
ANTHROPOLOGY
FACT #21: The name Homo sapien was first used by the 18th Century Swedish
botanist Carolus Linnaeus. The word "sapien" means "wise." The name was
originally used to speak of the White man and synonymous with "europaeus."
As a result, many later taxonomists and geneticists believed that Negroes
and other races should be classified as different species. In fact, Darwin
declared in The Descent of Man that the varieties of mankind are so distinct
that similar differences found in any other animal would warrant their
classification in different species, if not different genera. (39)
FACT #22: For his mammoth work, The Origin of Races, Professor Carleton
Coon, President of the American Association of Physical Anthropologists and
the premier geneticist of the world, assembled massive evidence from
geography, anatomy, genetics, physiology, comparative dentition,
linguistics, archeology, and fossil records from 300 bone-bearing sites to
verify his theory of pre-sapien racianation." In other words, Homo erectus
was divided by race even before evolution into Homo sapien stage. (12)
FACT #23: According to Dr. Coon, while the Caucasoid subspecies (the White
race) was evolving in Europe, the Negro race was standing still on the
evolutionary plane and is today no less than 200,000 years behind the
European in skull and brain development. (9)
FACT #24: The Negro skull, in addition to having a smaller brain volume and
thicker cranial bones than that of the White, is prognathous; i.e., the
lower face projects forward, rather in the manner of an animal's muzzle. In
consequence, the Negro jaw is substantially longer, relative to its width,
than the White jaw. A feature of the Negro lower jaw is its retention of a
vestige of the "simian shelf," a bony region immediately behind the
incisors. The simian shelf is a distinguishing characteristic of apes, and
it is absent in Whites. (9) (12) (39)
FACT #25: The skin of the Negro is thicker and possibly superior to the
White's in the way it impedes the penetration of germs and in its protection
from the ultraviolet rays of the sun. (39) (14)
FACT #26: The dark color of the Negro is due to melanin pigment which is
spread through every layer of the skin and is found even in the muscles and
brain. (9) (27)
FACT #27: An African dentist can tell a Negro's tooth from a white man's at
a glance. (14)
FACT #28: Negroes have arms which are longer, relative to body height, than
those of Whites. This feature, together with their much thicker cranial
bones, gives Black athletes an advantage over Whites in boxing. The skeletal
and muscular peculiarities of Negroes' lower limbs have given them
considerable success as sprinters, but have left them relative
undistinguished as distance runners. (39) (27)
FACT #29: ADDITIONAL DIFFERENCES
The hair is black, crispy, and "woolly" in texture, it is flat and
elliptical with no central canal or duct like the hair of Europeans.
The nose is thick, broad and flat, often turned up nostrils exposing the red
inner lining of the mucous membrane similar to an ape.
The arms and legs of the Negro are relatively longer than the European. The
humerus is a trifle shorter and the forearm longer thereby approximating the
simian form.
The eyes are prominent, iris black and the orbits large. The eye often has a
yellowish sclerotic coat over it like that of a gorilla.
The Negro has a shorter trunk the cross-section of the chest is more
circular than whites. The pelvis is narrower and longer as it is in an ape.
The mouth is wide with very thick, large and protruding lips.
Negro skin has a thick superficial horny layer which resists scratching and
impedes the penetration of germs.
The Negro has a larger and shorter neck akin to that of anthropoids.
The cranial sutures are more simple than in the white type and close
together earlier.
The ears are roundish, rather small, standing somewhat high and detached
thus approaching the simian form.
The Negro is more powerfully developed from the pelvis down and the white
more powerfully developed in the chest.
The jaw is larger and stronger and protrudes outward which, along with lower
retreating forehead, gives a facial angle of 68 to 70 degrees as opposed to
a facial angle of 80 to 82 degrees for Europeans.
The hands and fingers are proportionally narrower and longer. The wrist and
ankles are shorter and more robust.
The frontal and paricial bones of the cranium are less excavated and less
capacious. The skull is thicker especially on the sides.
The brain of the Negro on the average is 9 to 20% smaller than whites.
The teeth are larger and are wider apart than in the white race.
The three curvatures of the spine are less pronounced in the Negro than in
the white and thus more characteristic of an ape.
The femur of the Negro is less oblique, the tibia (shin bone) more curved
and bent forward, the calf of the leg high and but little developed.
The heel is broad and projecting, the foot long and broad but slightly
arched causing flat soles, the great toe is shorter than in the white.
The two bones proper of the nose are occasionally united, as in apes.
FACT #30: Blood group studies made during WWII suggest the American Negro
gene pool is about 28% white. --This despite all manner of institutional
discrimination, social segregation, etc. Keep in mind that the results of
test from true Black Africans would show even bigger differences from

CRIME
FACT #31: The rate at which Blacks commit murder is thirteen times that of
Whites; Rape and assault, ten times. These figures, as given by the F.B.I.
reports, vary somewhat from year to year but fairly represent the trend for

FACT #32: According to the justice Dept, 1 in every 4 Black males between
the ages of 20 and 29 is currently in prison or on probation or parole. (32)

Whites commit violence they do it to Blacks 2.4% of the time. Blacks, on the

FACT #38: In New York City, any White is over 300 TIMES MORE LIKELY to be
assaulted by a gang of Blacks than is a Black by a gang of Whites. (32)
FACT #39: Many people argue that high Black incarceration rates show that
police center enforcement at Black crimes and ignore white-collar crimes.
However, Blacks commit a disproportionate number of white-collar offenses as
well. In 1990, Blacks were nearly 3 times as likely to be arrested for
forgery, counterfeiting, and embezzlement as Whites. (32) (6)
FACT #40: Many people believe that crime is a product of poverty and lack of
"advantages." However, the District of Columbia, which enjoys the highest
average annual salaries and is second only to Alaska in personal income per
capita, leads the nation in just about every category of crime including
murder, robbery, aggravated assault, and vehicle theft. D.C. also has the
country's strictest gun control, highest police costs per capita, highest
ration of police and correctional officers per citizen, and highest rate of
incarceration. Its permanent population is over 80% Black. West Virginia,
which has the nation's lowest crime rate, suffers from chronic poverty and
has the highest unemployment in the U.S. It also has the fewest police per
capita. West Virginia is over 96% White. (33)
THE BLACK FAMILY
FACT #41 46% of inner city Black men between the ages of 16 and 62 are
unemployed. (27)
FACT #42: More than 66% of the children of Negroes are born out of wedlock.
Per capita, their illegitimacy rate is ten times that of Whites. (32) (27)
FACT #43: Blacks are four and a half times more likely than Whites to be on
welfare. (32)
FACT #44: More than 35% of all Black men in U.S. Cities are drug or alcohol
abusers. (27)
BEAUTY
FACT #45: The January l986 issue of the journal of Ethnic and Racial
Studies, "Skin Color Preference, Sexual Dimorphism and Sexual Selection: a
case of Gene-Culture Co-evolution?" by Peter Frost and Pierre Van der
Herghe, stated that in any given race, the women tend to have lighter
complexions than the men. Using standard ethnographic files from 51
societies on five continents which have recorded their preference for human
skin color, the study found that 30 preferred lighter women and 14 preferred
lighter women and lighter men. The cultures of India, China, Brazil and
Bali, as well as the Arabs and Negroes regard the lightest women as the most
beautiful. --perpetuating the aesthetic appeal of the ivory-skinned,
rosy-cheeked, blue-eyed, blond "nordic ideal" of feminine beauty- -even
though they themselves do not possess the genetic capacity to reproduce such
an organism. Over time, the study said, the upper classes of all races have
become lighter-skinned than their fellow countrymen because they have
repeatedly skimmed off fairer women from the lower classes. (Also see #11)
FACT #46: Scientific research on what constitutes human beauty, in which 300
judges of various backgrounds were shown portrait photographs and asked to
rate the beauty of the individual's face, has revealed that nordic Whites
are universally recognized as the most attractive humans, even by Blacks.
The judges were instructed to evaluate the faces solely on his or her
"personal standards of beauty and not to consider popular norms." The
results of the study "Age, Sex, Race, and the Perception of Facial Beauty."

AMERICAN HISTORY
FACT #48: The Declaration of Independence, which contains the oft-repeated
phrase ". . . all men are created equal . . ." was written by Thomas
Jefferson, who owned about 200 slaves at the time and never set any of them
free, including the mulattoes and quadroons. Jefferson's words certainly had
no reference to Negroes, who at that time had no place in American society

FACT #49: The Constitution was written by and for 'We the people" and
dedicated to "ourselves and our posterity," All of the 55 delegates that met
in Philadelphia to draft the Constitution and all of the members of the 13
state conventions that ratified it were of the White race. (38)
WEBSTER'S DICTIONARY OF 1828 defines Posterity as: POSTERITY. 1.
Descendants; children, children's children, etc. indefinitely; the race that
proceeds from a progenitor. 2. In a general sense, succeeding generations;
opposed to ancestors. . .
FACT #50: The 14th Amendment is invalid for the following reasons:
It was never ratified by three-fourth of all the States in the Union
according to Article 5 of the U.S. Constitution. Out of 37 States, 16 had
rejected it.
Many of the States who were counted as ratifying it, were compelled to do so
under duress of military occupation. Any legal act entered into under force
duress, and coercion is automatically null and void.
The fact that 23 Senators had been unlawfully excluded from the U.S. Senate,
shows that the Joint Resolution proposing the Amendment was not submitted to
or adopted by a constitutional Congress.
The intent of the 14th Amendment is repugnant to the original U.S.
Constitution and the Organic Law of the land. It did not, and could not,
repeal anything that was part of the Organic Law. Therefore the principles
of precedent and stare decisis render it void. (23)
FACT #51: In Abraham Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation of Sept. 1862 he
said: "I have urged the colonization of the Negroes, (back to Africa), and I
shall continue. My Emancipation Proclamation was linked with this plan (of
colonization). There is no room for two distinct races of White men in
America, much less for two distinct races of Whites and Blacks. . . . I can
think of no greater calamity than the assimilation of the negro into our
social and political life as our equal . . . Within twenty years we can
peacefully colonize the Negro . . . under conditions in which he can rise to
the full measure of manhood. This he can never do here. We can never attain
the ideal union our fathers dreamed, with millions of an alien, inferior
race among us, whose assimilation is neither possible nor desirable." (27)
FACT #52: Lincoln actually proposed an amendment to the constitution that
would've authorized congress to recolonize all freed Blacks back to Africa.
On Aug. 15, l962, Congress did appropriate over half a million dollars for
that purpose. Thousands of Negroes had been shipped back when Lincoln was
shot. (27)
WASHINGTON D.C.
FACT #53: The District of Columbia, which is approximately 70% Black, leads
the U.S. in many areas:

PORTUGAL
FACT #54: Populated by White stock, the nation of Portugal rose in four
centuries to be the wealthiest most powerful country in the world. A great
commercial and maritime power, it had large colonies in Asia, Africa, and
America. Its seamen were the first to explore western Africa and they
brought back hundreds of Negro slaves. By 1550, at the height of Portugal's
power, one-tenth of its population were Blacks. Today, Portugal's population
is described as one of the most homogeneous in Europe, having slowly
absorbed the Negro gene pool. As of l975 it had lost all of its outside
territories. Its workers are the lowest paid in Europe and they have the
highest rate of illiteracy and a high infant mortality rate. In terms of
art, literature, music, science and philosophy the "new" Portugal has
produced virtually nothing in 100 years and by most standards is the most
backward nation in Europe. *Keep in mind that the Black population of the
U.S. is approximately 13%. (27)
HAITI
FACT #55: The Republic of Haiti, the only completely Black republic in the
Western Hemisphere also happens to be the poorest country in the Western
Hemisphere. It also has the lowest life expectancy, highest illiteracy,
lowest per capita consumption of newsprint, lowest per capita GNP, and the
lowest level of political stability. (27)
FACT #56: Haiti once had a promising future. Before 1789 as a French colony
under White rule, San Domingo (Haiti) was as rich or richer in productivity
as all the 13 American Colonies combined. It was considered the "crown
jewel" of the French colonial system, and was in fact the most prosperous
colony anywhere in the world. Populated by 40,000 Whites, 27,000 freed
Mulattoes, and 450,000 Black slaves and with a bountiful climate and
productive soil, it supplied all of France and half of Europe with sugar,
coffee, and cotton. But in 1791, the French government issued a decree
ordering Haiti to give the vote to the Mulattoes, and soon after another
ordering freedom for all the slaves. This resulted in a bloody civil war in
which the entire White population (about 40,000 Frenchmen) was murdered,
down to the last man, woman, and child. Rape, decapitation, and mutilation
were committed almost universally upon their bodies. (22) (23)
FACT #57: After the Blacks massacred the last of the White population in
1804, Haiti remained a part of Santa Domingo, until 1844 when it became a
separate "republic." Between 1844 and 1915 only one Haitian president
completed his term in office. Fourteen were ousted by armed uprisings, one
was blown up, one was poisoned and another was hacked to pieces by a mob.
Between 1908 and 1915 the revolutions and assassinations increased so
rapidly that a United States military occupation was needed to restore
order. This lasted from 1915 to 1934. Thereafter followed twelve years of
rule by a Mulatto elite which ended in the resumption of control by the
Black military in 1946. Since then wholesale corruption and political murder
have been the rule. (23)
INDIA
FACT #58: India's Negroid peoples have been subjected to numerous White
invasions for over 5000 years, prompting the rise and fall of one
civilization after another as the White invaders became absorbed into the
non-White masses. Then, about 1800 B.C. Aryans again invaded from the
northwest, this time establishing a rigid caste ("varna." meaning color)
system of White supremacy which eventually evolved into an integral part of
the Hindu religion. Interracial mixing was banned and punishable by death.

FACT #59: Led by an Aryan ruling class, Classical India blossomed into a
great culture, giving expression to philosophy, poetry, science,
mathematics, and literature. The land prospered as never before --or after.
FACT #60: The caste system lasted about 2,000 years (probably longer than
any civilization under similar racial circumstances.) However, eventually
the castes broke down due to miscegenation and by modern times virtually no
pure Whites were remaining. (39) (37) (10)
FACT #61: Today, India has 834 million people who speak 150 different
languages and dialects. When the annual rainfall is insufficient, they die
of starvation at a rate of 2,000,000 to 6,000,000 per year. India has the
highest birthrate in Asia, one of the lowest per capita incomes in the
world, and an illiteracy rate close to 70%. (35) (33)
EGYPT
FACT #62: Ancient Egypt was founded and built by Mediterranean Caucasians as
far back as 4500 B.C. Egypt's period of greatness was from 3400 B.C. to 1800
B.C. and was characterized by its amazing architecture, pyramids, temples,
and mastery of mathematics and engineering, the remnants of which are still
evident today. The White Egyptians pioneered medicine, chemistry, astronomy,
and law; In many cases, their achievements remain unequalled. (37) (39) (21)
FACT #63: But, about 3400 B.C. Egypt civilization began to spread up the
Nile River, bringing it in close contact with the black Nubians to the
south. Soon they were using Blacks for slave labor and Egypt became
history's first melting pot. (39) (10) (14)
FACT # 64: In time the infusion of Negro blood worked itself up from the
bottom of Egyptian society. The slaves were eventually freed, received
political equality, and took posts of authority in government. (10) (37)
FACT #65: By the time of King Tut (1370-1352 B.C.) even the ruling classes
had been mongrelized and Egypt began a tailspin downward. Today, the
once-mighty Egypt is very much a Third World country, having lost its art,
its medicine, its architectural ability, and its position in world affairs.

The absurd notion that Ancient Egypt was a product of Negro ingenuity is now
being widely disseminated in the schools. Though scholars know this is a
blatant lie, they justify the deception by assuming it will boost the
"self-esteem" of Black children.
SOUTH AFRICA
(Note: These facts will most likely change drastically now that South Africa
has fallen under black rule.)
FACT #66: White people have lived in South Africa much longer than Negroes.
There have been White settlements in South Africa for over 300 years, about
the same length of time Europeans have lived in North America. Even 150
years after the first colonies around Capetown, at the beginning of the 19th
Century, there still were no Blacks within 500 miles. The Blacks wandered in
from central Africa later on, possibly fleeing the slave trade or due to
famine. In fact, most of South Africa's Blacks were born in other countries.

FACT #67: South Africa is by far the wealthiest and most advanced country in
Africa, producing nearly 75% of the continent's Gross National Product. It
is almost completely self- sufficient so boycotts have little affect upon
its economy. In fact most of Africa is dependent upon South Africa. South
Africa is governed by a Western parliamentary republic and strictly
segregated racially. South Africa grants complete self-government to the
Blacks in their own areas of the country. (29) (8) (14)
FACT #68: Though South Africa is perpetually criticized by the world press
for its racial separatism, its Blacks live better than the Blacks of any
other African country and are multiplying rapidly and healthily. 87% of
Black welfare costs are being paid by the White man. This includes food,
clothing, training, housing, education an health care. --even old age
pensions. (14)
FACT #69: Thousands of South African Blacks graduate from college every
year, more than three times as many as in the rest of Africa combined. Every
Black child is within walking distance of a primary school. Africa's largest
hospital, which serves Blacks almost exclusively and performs over 1800
operations per month, is in South Africa. (14)
FACT #70: The Blacks of South Africa own more cars than do all the citizens
of the Soviet Union. (29)
FACT #71: South Africa has more Black doctors, lawyers, professional people,
and millionaires than all of the rest of the world combined. (8)
FACT #72: In fact, conditions are "so bad" for Blacks in South Africa that
the country has a tremendous problem with illegal Black immigration, having
over one million illegal foreign workers. (14) (29)
ICELAND
FACT #73-75: Iceland, the only all-White nation in the world, has the
world's highest literacy rate. 100%. It is an island of cooled volcanic
magma, located Just south of the Arctic Circle. It has no coal, no fuel, no
timber, no mineral wealth or natural resources, and no navigable rivers. 75%
of the interior is uninhabitable and only about 1% of the land is arable. It
is the youngest nation in Europe and one of the most isolated countries in
the world. Nonetheless, Iceland is #2 in the world in life expectancy and
has one of the world's highest standards of living, in terms of per capita
income. It has tremendous medical facilities and a thriving publishing
business. Virtually every family has a telephone. Upon graduation from high
school, each Icelandic student has learned five languages. (33)
MARTIN LUTHER KING
FACT #75-77: On Jan. 31, 1977, Martin Luther King's FBI records were sealed
by court order until the year 2027 because, as his wife said, "its release
would destroy his reputation" These records are rumored to contain instances
of bizarre sexual perversion and homosexuality, and proof that King was
under the direct orders of Soviet spies and financed by the Communist Party.
FACT #78: The Wall Street Journal (Nov.9, 1990) disclosed that Stanford
University editors of The Papers of Martin Luther King Jr. have long known
that King was guilty of plagiarism in his l955 Boston University doctoral
thesis, having lifted significant portions from the works of other writers
and graduate students.
FACT #79: Martin Luther King frequently enjoyed prostitutes and paid for
them with his church's money. Still, congress has voted to make King's
birthday a national holiday, in most places replacing Columbus Day or
Washington's Birthday as an official observance.
FACT #80: Almost every state in the union has a King holiday, and almost
every city has a King Boulevard or King Civic Center. Yet the electoral
evidence suggests that Americans will almost always vote down honors for
King when given a chance. (41)
MISCELLANEOUS
FACT #81: The entire continent of Africa, perhaps Earth's richest land,
accounts for only 3% of world trade. (27)
FACT #82-84: Almost all Blacks who have been leaders in fields other than
athletics or music have had some White ancestry: Fredick Douglas, W.E.B.
Dubois, Booker T. Washington, George Washington Carver, Alex Hailey,
Thurgood Marshall, Bryant Gumbell, Colin Powell, Carl Rowan, Ed Bradley,
Doug Wilder, etc. According to Dr. E.B. Reuter, ". . . Of successful and
best known men that the Negro race has produced, at least thirteen-
fourteenths are men of mixed blood. (27) (21)
FACT #85: Blacks are 50 times more likely to have syphilis than Whites. (32)
FACT #86: Twice as many Blacks as Whites receive dishonorable discharge from
the U.S. military. (32)
FACT #87: A White woman is 15 times more likely to contract AIDS by engaging
in sex with a Negro than with a White heterosexual. (U.S. Centers for
Disease Control)
FACT #88: 90% of U.S. children with AIDS are Black or Hispanic. (36)
FACT # 89-92: In l950, American schools were among the best in the world.
However, vocal elements within our society demanded that the public schools
take on a social engineering role as well as an educational one. Violent
disruptions of American education were ordered by the Supreme Court for the
purpose of breaking down racial barriers. For 30 years, American schools
have diverted enormous resources into forced integration, quotas, and
bussing operations. (Few people realize how expensive bussing is. Annual
cost may run into tens of billions of dollars. In l990 California alone was
spending $500 million per year on integration. Many school districts spend a
quarter or more of their budgets on transportation. In Milwaukee alone and
in a single school year, 30,000 staff hours were diverted into calculating
the race of students to attend the various schools.) The results? Today's
students rank at the very bottom worldwide in science and math, some 40% of
American adults are functionally illiterate, and standardized test scores
have declined steadily for both Whites and Blacks. Today the average White
still scores 200 points higher on the combined SAT than the average Black.
Americans spend more on education than any other country in the world and
have the worst results. Massive White flight to escape racial zoning has
reduced the tax base of every major American city. In l983, after nearly two
generations of racial experimentation to promote equality, the research arm
of the Dept. of Education could not produce a single study that showed Black
children were learning appreciably better after desegregation. (25) (20)

FACT #94: By 1995, a third of U.S. students will be non-Whites and Whites
will be a minority in the school districts of 5 states. (32)

Professor Andrew Hacker, in his book "Two Nations" cited numerous studies
that showed when a neighborhood reaches 8% black, Whites will not move into
it, and when it reaches 12% black, the Whites already living there start
moving out. Also, when parts of town reach 20-30% black, Whites stop coming
there to do business.
To put it bluntly, when Whites, Asians, and Hispanics are confronted with
too many fecal faces to feel comfortable around, they take their money and
go elsewhere.
