No. I'm running into a lot of Russians in the science/engineering
business. They've been very well educated, and for a very low cost, by
Russian and then European or American universities and have little or no
student debt and consequently aren't seeking big-bucks careers in sports
entertainment, commercial real estate development or hedge fund
management. Once they get US citizenship (doesn't take long - they're
very well qualified and highly sought after), they're good to go in just
about any US American company what depends on military and homeland
security work.
