JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA -- Researchers this week will begin testing an
experimental HIV vaccine on 24 human volunteers in South Africa, a
country where more than one in 10 people is infected with the virus that
causes AIDS.
The treatment, which is also being tested in the United States, is one of
about two dozen potential vaccines being tested by 12,000 human
volunteers in experiments around the world. It is the only one that
contains genetic material from the HIV strain most prevalent in South
Africa, researchers said.
About 4.7 million South Africans, roughly 11 percent of the population,
are infected with HIV. An estimated 600 to 1,000 South Africans die every
day from AIDS-related complications.
The vaccine contains parts of a weakened strain of Venezuelan equine
encephalitis and a harmless gene from a South African HIV strain.
The first human trials are expected to last two years.

I predict that the vaccine won't work. There is just something about
HIV that makes it invulnerable to anything humans throw at it. It
is almost like it demonstrates a form of intelligence.
All the vaccine trials have faced the same two obstacles. The first
is that the doctors and scientists administering the vaccine are
under ethical obligation to counsel the recipients on safe sex
practices, the effect being that if they follow the advice then they
won't risk being infected and the scientists won't know if the
vaccine really works. The other obstacle is that recipients may
feel that they are immune because they received a vaccine (even though
they were told it is experimental) and may decide to engage in
risky sexual behavior. If the vaccine turns out not to work, then
this may simply make the epidemic worse. Oh, and it may be possible
that the inactive portions of HIV virus used in the vaccine may
combine with one another and create a working virus, causing HIV
in recipients itself (this is a strange property of viruses and has
been observed with other viruses - seeming "dead" viruses
recombining and coming back to "life").

most likely nothing will come of this, HIV/AIDs is a smart virus.
Every time it is thought that a major break through has come along,
the virus mutates and everyone is right back to where they started.

negro population is beyond me. The only reason populations of these
incredibly fast breeding niggers have remained under control is
maternal/infant mortality rates combined with increased susceptibility to
communicable disease resulting from primitve beliefs and sanitary practices.
If we solve their medical problems without changing their breeding habits,
massive hordes of starving niggers are going to bleed the western world dry,
not to mention niggerfuxating the otherwise natural resource rich African
continent.
AIDS and famine are natures way of saying: "Hey niggers, out of the gene
