incorrect spelling of "grammar," incorrect punctuation (i.e., lack of
required commas), and that it was proper to use the word "to," to end a
sentence?

Let's take a look at the offending sentence:
"What kind of inner city ghetto school did you go to?"
The word "to" is a preposition, which is a word placed before a noun or
pronoun to form a phrase modifying another word in the sentence. It is
not grammatically sound to end a sentence with a preposition.
Better choices might have included:
"To what kind of inner city, ghetto school did you go?"
-or-
"Did you attend some kind of inner city, ghetto school?"
-or-
"What kind of inner city, ghetto school did you attend?"
Nurse KAT says: A phrase is not grammatically correct just because it
is often used (i.e., "What's this world coming to?"). PEACE!
