The New York Supreme Court ruled it so.

If it's your property, it would seem you have the right to use it like your
house or home, merely without destroying, endangering, or monopolizing it
because it's other people's property also.

But keeping nude people off the beach is exactly like keeping black people
off the beach.

Imagine 50% of the population doesn't want black or nude people, but the
cost to them if there are black or nude people is 1. 50x1 = 50

Imagine 5% of the population is black or wants to go nude, the cost if they
can't use the beach black or nude is 100. 5x100 = 500.

Majority rule does not make right in this case. The fact is that Democracy
doesn't make right ever but logic and reason dictate.

Neither does it take 50% of the people to win a civil war. That is more
like 3%. So there is no argument for Democracy. Nudity laws are therefore
tyranny and should be abolished. You have a right to go nude and you have a
right to wear clothing. This right belongs to all people. Reason and logic
dictate.

Obey the Statue of Liberty!
