Minister from another state..help!

We are in a bit of a quandry about our minister. The pastor at the
church we are having our wedding at is not very close to us. The person
we really want to have do our weddding lives near Dallas, TX, and we are
in OKC, OK. Does anyone know what the laws are about being certified to
do weddings between states. He can do them in Texas, but doesn't know
about Oklahoma. Thanks in advance...

Shawna:
I suggest you contact your city hall for certification for out of town
clergy (this info is usually included w/ requirements for a marriage
license).
