I think our honeymoon is going to be sooo wonderful that I have to tell
everyone about it. First of all, we are paying for it ourselves and neither of
us has a job - he is a full time PhD student and I will have been out of a job
for 2 mos (by the time we wed) and working on our house all that time. We do
have money, of course, or we wouldn't be making it. So, we could not spend a
whole lot.

Well, we are going to Canada. I have never been before and have always wanted
to go. We are taking 10days and driving ourselves - it is only 8hrs. We are
staying in a king size room with private bath and full size jacuzzi and the
loveliest Bed and Breakfast (he was just there last week to see it and make the
arrangements). The best thing about this is it will only cost us 54 American
dollars a night. Breakfast and snacks are provided, so we will only have to
buy one meal a day. And, we are within walking distance of every place we want
to visit. We will be going to a nice restaurant and to the theatre every
night. The city - Stratford, Ontario - I am told is very beautiful.

I am really looking forward to this trip with my sweetie and he is very excited
about it too. I would suggest to anyone that has a limited budget to consider
a honeymoon within driving distance from them. If the drive is too far for one
day, split up the time. There are so very many beautiful places on North/South
America to visit (I realize not everyone on here is in the U.S.). Also, we
plan to come back 3 days early and not tell anyone. In that time we will do
the name change and opening a joint bank account stuff together and we will go
to the nice restaurants here in town for dinner.

I will tell you all - well, maybe not ALL - about this exciting trip when we
get back.
