Bulgarian adoption question

Hi there,

I'm interested in stories of people who have adopted (or almost
adopted) from Bulgaria. If you have a friend or acquaintance who has
tried adopting from Bulgaria, I would also like to hear the story. If
you are someone who was adopted from Bulgaria, I am also interested to
hear from you (or about you.)

No adoption solicitations, please. I have all the kids I need.
