If you have not had a chance to yet sign it, I have produced a petition for
a United States constitutional amendment (28) to grant adoptees the right to
possess their original birth certificates after the age of 18. I have also
assigned a shortcut address for it so that it is easy to remember:

We should strive to get every citizen of the U.S. to sign this as it is not
a triad only matter, but a matter of civil and human rights. Please sign
the petition and send it to everyone (not just triad) that you know.
