SSO anyone aware of the Lake Bed Encroachment

Wanted to check if there are any issue related to Lake Bed Encroachment.

As there is a lake bed within 75mtr of SSO. Recent Times of India article states that any property within the encroachment area will be demolished.

Any updates . . . has anyone checked with a lawyer?
