***CANCELLED DCEF Meeting***

Hi All,

   I had a conflict come up last minute for tomorrow's DCEF Meeting.  I won't be able to make it.  Andrew and Tom can't either.  Sooo, I have no choice but to CANCEL this month's meeting.  I apologize.

   I will look for a possible day to re-schedule and let all of you know one way or the other.  Thanks for understanding.
