Hi, all
If you suddenly find that you have more important thing to do in
the expected date, you can cancel or reschedule the exam by the
following step.
RESCHEDULE / CANCEL POLICY
Reschedules up to 30 days prior to the exam "no fee".
After 30 days up to 48 hours prior to the appointment a "$35 dollar
fee" is required.
Reschedule/Cancellations are allowed up to 48hours prior to the
appointment.
Candidate must re-register with the client.
