can I use primary DNS to point out my dynamic IP "but fix domain name" which
is wcsbiz.dyndns.org
is wcsbiz.dyndns.org
because i have to provide a real IP in " IN A" field which I do not have,
all what i need is to CNAME my domain to wcsbiz.dyndns.org

In most cases this is possible.
Create i.e. a CNAME
www.domain.com. IN CNAME wcsbiz.dyndns.org.
BUT this is not possible:
domain.com. IN CNAME wcsbiz.dyndns.org.
