FD: "DX" section incorrectly logged as DX

In testing SO2SDR prior to FD, I've been entering various callsigns and
exchanges. I found that when logging KH, KL, or KP prefixes the program
is replacing the entered section (PAC, AK, PR) with "DX". Either the
program should respect entered values and not alter them or validate the
DX sections as domestic for FD as for Sweeps.

I'm probably a bit tired of looking at source!

Easy to fix- just an error in the config file fd.cfg.

I've committed the fix to my tree. I simply copied the relevant lines
from ss.cfg. A brief test shows that everything is likely working.
