New issue 12 by richardn10: Implement/doc system to enumerate owners of
keys, IP addresses and who is currently connected
http://code.google.com/p/so-class2/issues/detail?id=12

Main aim is so that I can find out the IP addresses of the centres being
supported, as they may not be able to find that out locally.

I can see this being an issue already with the Burmese.

Please also advise on how we could assign domain names to the VPN clients
to make it even easier.

Thanks!

Quickfix: The ones with access to the VPN server can see the following files
/etc/openvpn/support_openvpn-status.log
/etc/openvpn/dev_openvpn-status.log
(Virtual Address under Routing Table)

The IP adresses are persistent for a certificate name, so they are supposed
to stay
the same over time.

Though I have added two machines to the Support log, there are no entries in
/etc/openvpn/support_openvpn-status.log at the moment.
Any ideas why not?

Thanks.

Only the machines that are currently connected are shown in that log. For
seeing all
certificates given out check the certificate admin manual in the bottom.
ipp.txt and
support_ipp.txt are also used for storing the persistent addresses.
