Dear SnPM Support,
My colleague and I have been applying this toolbox to help analyze our fMRI data.
We had two questions however. The first is the level of thresholding done for SnPMT maps as they have NaN values and it seems that they already pass through voxels meeting the alpha = 0.05 significance level, but perhaps are not corrected for multiple comparisons. Do you recommend correcting the SnPMT maps for multiple comparisons? We would assume that we should still correct the SnPMT maps by FDR filtering, but are not sure if this is a correct assumption.
Lastly, we noticed that the T-values between the SnPMT and a comparable parametric T-test are very similar. Would you anticipate that the T-values in SnPMT are overall higher than for a parametric T-test?
Thank you for your answers,
Jonathan & Renee
