Dear SnPM Group,
I assessed grey matter volume intensities in Alzheimer's disease relative to healthy controls and would like to create effect size maps. I tried to figure out how to do this with snpmT images but couldn't find any scripts, functions or commands to do so. So, I used the following calculation: (i1*2)/(sqrt(degree of freedom)) instead to convert snpmT images to effect sizes and then tried to use the "slover('basic_ui')" command to create the continuous maps. This didn't work as once I select the appropriate images nothing happens.
Is there a straight forward way to create effect size maps in SnPM? If not, are the steps I summarised above correct and if not, where am I going wrong?
Thank you for your assistance with this - I feel like I am gonna be swallowed by the imaging abyss :), so any "helping hand" is very much appreciated!
Best
