Dear all,

I would like to use SnPM on my EEG data to run 3-way ANOVA. I have done that in SPM and i would like to do that also in SnPM to see if i can get the better results.

My question is that how should i define the factors and conditions in the SnPM. and generally, run 3-way ANOVA.

so I have an EEG experiment of moving 2 fingers with and without arm assistance on both left and right hands. a within-subject design of 12 subjects, meaning the subjects between 2 conditions (with and without arm assistance) were the same.

so I have 3 way ANOVA for 3 factors each with 2 levels: (2 x2 x2 design)
1- finger movement (pinky , thumb), => Factor A
2- left or right arm,  => Factor B
3- with and without arm assistance. => Factor C

so how should i apply this 3-way ANOVA using SnPM and what should I choose as the  options
How should i apply these factors and let the SnPM know which one is which.

I would really really appreciate it if anyone can help me with these questions.
Thanks a lot!

Philip
